Kingdom Outdoor Living (KOL) installed the solar panel system on my house and I really can't even imagine a better experience. The process was transparent and seamless. Matt was extremely responsive through every step of the process and was there to make sure the construction elements of the job were flawless. The entire thing cost me nothing up front and even got me a sizeable tax refund this year. It's as close to free money as you're ever going to see.

I could not be more pleased with the deck, pergola and cook island Jonny Regnery of Kingdom Outdoor Living built for me in my backyard. I now wish I would have done it years ago. Being inexperienced with this type of project I was very apprehensive regarding how it would turn out. Jonny was truly a pleasure to work with. He is an excellent General Contractor that has a team of craftsmen working for him to complete the construction. Jonny’s top priorities are to deliver 100% customer satisfaction and high quality work. Jonny demonstrated he is willing to make tough decisions that will impact his bottom line to complete a project he will be proud of. He performed the design, ordering, scheduling, coordinating, etc. for this project. He provided me a detailed proposal for the project and he stuck to it without trying to “nickel and dime” me for incidental expenses. He works with a great team that are very capable, polite, and responsive to any/all requests. He also goes above and beyond to keep the work area clean. Jonny has a good sense of humor and a calm demeanor and exudes confidence that he can overcome any challenge that may arise. He will make suggestions regarding the design, but was very agreeable to follow my direction. He also was willing to procure and deliver the appliances for the cook island. I can say he is very responsive and professional and delivers high quality work. I would also say he provides good value and is cost competitive, but his quality does come at a price. Like they say, you get what you pay for. If you are considering a construction project I encourage you to contact Kingdom Outdoor Living. I am surely glad I did. Responsive , friendly and experienced contractor whose team did a thorough job with earthquake brace and bolting on our hillside home. Gabby from Admin was very helpful guiding us thru the whole project and assisting in the steps to obtain the FEMA funded EBB grant. thank you!

Kolb Construction performed Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) work for me. This is a program that provides grants for this work, but many steps had to be done with deadlines. Contractors have to be chosen from a list, and Kolb was the only one in my area that even responded to my request for an estimate. But Paul was nice and knowledgeable about the process, and the estimate seemed reasonable, so I went with them with only one estimate. All of the work was completed and the initial approvals were obtained from the EBB quickly and easily. Gabby, the project manager, was very responsive and organized and made sure all of the building permits, plans, and other documentation were done and uploaded to the EBB website and approved. Only the final EBB approval remains to be done, and I'm sure it won't be a problem, as everything else in the process has gone smoothly.
