They came on time and the guy was very kind and professional, he also showed me a video that he took from the interior part of the air ducts to show me how it’s clean now.

It was the same day service, David was amazing explaining all the details, the price was a little bit higher than I expected, but when I was getting a quote from the operator it was disclosed that the roof access will be extra. It was no surprise, no hidden fees, no price gouging very good service and company. I will use it again and will recommend to my neighbours.

David is hands down the easiest and most upfront technician I have met. He showed up on time, was able to diagnose the issue with our dryer venting system and repair it same day. We just moved into a new place and after only 2 loads of laundry, we got an error message on our dryer that our ventilation system was 80% blocked. We called the Dryer Vent Cleaning Squad and David came out immediately. He was great. Our ventilation system is quite complex, but he was able to clean it out quickly. We had an issue with our dryer, and after a technician visit, we were told our ducts needed cleaning. He recommended Dryer Vent Cleaning Squad, and from the moment I called, the service was top-notch. They got back to me quickly, were super nice over the phone, and scheduled a visit right away.

The real standout was Shay, the technician who came to do the cleaning. He was incredible. Friendly, professional, and clearly an expert at what he does. He took the time to explain everything he found, showed me exactly what was going on with our ducts, and made me feel completely confident in his work. His attitude was upbeat and positive, and I trusted him immediately.

Shay worked quickly and efficiently—his work was clean, and he did all the heavy lifting without a complaint. He even made several trips up to the roof and still finished the job in under an hour! His honesty and hard work really made the cost feel more than worth it.

Honestly, Shay is the best technician I’ve encountered in a long time. If you need your dryer vents cleaned, ask for him. You won’t regret it!
