All access construction installed a concrete retaining wall and patio in our backyard. They built it exactly as designed. The finished product looks amazing.

Don't waste any time with this company. All Access and its owner, Joe is not reliable at all and he only provided excuses for months and he does not respect the client's time. After engaging his structural engineer with us, and having us pay for the initial fee, he cancelled the project last minute. I found these Google reviews as biased, and suggest you check out Yelp/ Houzz review where real clients have provided the feedback.

Joe and his crew built a huge concrete staircase in my backyard. There was no side access to the backyard so they had to run the pump hoses through the house. They were super cautious to not cause damage and I’m very happy with the finished project. I would definitely recommend All Access to anyone.

I contacted All Access Construction to get an estimate for concrete installation. I received the estimate in 24 hours. I decided to use AAC for my installation. The owner Mr. Johnson was very informative and skilled. I appreciated the his patience with me answering questions. Mr. Johnson kept me informed throughout the project until it was done. The work was great! I will recommend All Access Construction for all your landscaping needs.

All Access Construction came to our rescue and we are forever grateful for Joe and his team. They did an excellent job at listening to what we wanted and everything turned out wonderful. Our driveway was redone completely due to a terrible experience with a different contractor. All Access also did a fantastic job at the steps that lead to our front door. We wanted Wooden steps. Thank you thank you thank you Joe and your team. We are getting compliments constantly.

I cannot reccomend Joe highly enough. We hired Joe to install French drains for our retaining walls. The previous owners had redone the backyard, but neglected to install proper drainage, likely due to the challenging nature of the backyard. This led to visible warping and buckling of the walls within 2 years, and were likely going to fail catastrophically in the not distant future.
Joe and his crew did an amazing job not only getting the drainage installed correctly, but making it look virtually the same as before they started. I cannot reccomend Joe highly enough, he will be getting the first call for any future projects we have!

All Access Construction came to us by recommendation from our landscape architect. Since our architect was detailed oriented and showed high degree of professional conscientiousness I wanted to include Joe, owner of All Access Construction, in our contractor bids. He wasn't the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive and as people always say, you get what you pay for. So I decided not to go with the most economical option and I selected Joe. So happy I did. He's easy to work with and has a great construction crew. They constructed the project exactly as our designer planned. And when things were not built to plan there was no push back on making corrections. That's how it should be. You should feel comfortable talking with your contractor about what your expectations are so that you are satisfied with the outcome. Joe's team also showed high degree of grading and drainage knowledge and came up with solutions to an unanticipated problem without compromising the design. We are beyond pleased with how it turned out. The neighbors love how it looks and functions and most importantly we love how much more time we spend outside with our family and friendly playing and entertaining. We would and probably will use them again when we are ready to tackle the backyard.

Joe and his team did a great job on our concrete hot tub base and three walls. Joe was very responsive throughout the project and answered any queries quickly. All Access completed the project exactly as requested down to the finest detail. They finished on time, on budget and unlike most competitors, didn't require a minimum project cost to bid for the work! Would highly recommend Joe and his team!

Joe and his team helped me with a driveway, steps to my patio, a deck and a sunken hot tub. It was a significant project and I overall am happy with the majority of work that was done. The concrete work out front is amazing and the deck is good. However its been a year and the job is not all complete. There is still lumber at my site that needs to be attached to the hot tub, and I have a concrete eyesore surrounding my new hot tub instead of the beautiful design I paid for. I also had flooding last winter with the heavy rains due to improper drainage, costing a couple thousand dollars of repairs on a hot tub that was less than a year old. Joe recommended someone else to have the drainage addressed. That someone else never called me. I ended up finding my own solution. Because of this I have to give his company 2 stars.

I had a sunken easement that was directing rainwater towards the base of my chimney. I asked Joe and his team to fix the easement so water would flow away instead of flooding my basement. They removed the old concrete and skillfully sculpted a new slope, using knowledge, experience and a digital level. Very good work. I will use them again!

Thanks to Joe and his amazing crew! They did an excellent job in rescuing our back yard from the ravages of time. The team built a spanking new and beautiful retaining wall system to protect our garden and patio. The entire project came through on time and at a reasonable price. It’s a tremendous improvement over how those original walls were constructed 30 years ago. The All Access team is a great bunch of guys; very professional and knowledgeable in what they do.

Joe and the team at All Access did an amazing job with rebuilding the retaining wall in my front yard. They were professional, on time, very patient and thorough with answering my many questions! The end result, an absolutely beautiful retaining wall with DRAINAGE!! I now have the best looking retaining wall on the block. But I couldn't stop there, had to get a lil fancy, so we threw in a few lights. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them for my next project!
