Christian, (owner/operator of WCJ Electric) is a top-notch professional. Christian’s impeccable honesty, straight forward assessments and his overall customer service is given at the highest level. Over a multi-month period, Christian performed a series of jobs for me that included simply electrical needs to very involved and complicated projects.

One of the largest projects that Christian performed was the installation of a dual meter 400A residential service panel. Christian had periodic and substantive communication and coordination with PG&E and PG&E’s sub-contractors to carry-out the project, which included underground installation of conduit and wiring.

From the outset, Christian established very reasonable expectations and he was extremely patient and transparent when we faced the occasional setback due to PG&E scheduling matters.

Christian also assisted me with smaller wiring and troubleshooting needs. I completely trust Christian’s expertise and the work that he does. As long as there’s a WCJ Electric Inc., Christian will be my #1 go to business for all of my electrical matters big and small.

Everything was completed with the best stage of professionalism. Brayan arrived on time, was very thorough in everything he did, and was able to explain everything he was doing and to recommend the best course of action for when he saw something out of the ordinary. I would definitely use their service again.

Going back and forth to schedule an estimate was a hassle, then I was charged twice before they even showed up. It cost me $300 to get the estimate (they claimed it was a service call charge to diagnose my problem, but other electricians came out for free and did the same thing calling it an estimate). I do not recommend Electric Heroes.

They replaced fluorescent light in garage, installed new under cabinet light, swapped out several light switches. Great! Done so quickly that I ran out of jobs for the electrician to do. Did a fantastic work. We are very thrilled with the outcomes and I would highly suggest this company.

Robert and his tech installed a new ceiling fan, replaced some outlets and switches. They were fantastic. I had a long list of electrical "chores" that needed to be done from large (installing a new ceiling fan) to small swapping out a beige outlet for a white one. I really didn't expect him to get through everything on the list, but I was pleasantly surprised and how fast they worked. Overall a great experience!!

Really great experience! Got quotes from multiple places; some that clearly tried to sell us on capacity we didn’t need. Decided on a plan with Matan, Kathy handled all the permitting and work with PGE, and the process went great! Electrical panel upgrade and light installation (1 pendant, 4 recessed) went smoothly and we were kept in the loop and informed for the whole process! Would definitely recommend.

Victor and his team completely rewired and upgraded the electrical service to my entire home, and the process couldn't have been smoother! They pulled permits, met with City inspectors, and got everything signed off without any issues. Communication was excellent, and they made great suggestions when I was unsure. Great experience and shoutout to Victor and his team. They arrived on time to do the Tesla wall charger install inside my garage. They offered me to do it concealed and did a pretty nice job of it. They even installed a secondary Nema 14-50 outlet for future use. Definitely recommend Victor and his team for EV charging installs.

Victor was very professional from the beginning. He promptly returned my call, he came out quickly to meet with me and give me an estimate for the work that I wanted done. He gave me some great suggestions in the process. He had his electricians start the job within a day.
