best company ever

Ron is the best in the biz. End of last year he remodeled our kitchen and an upstairs bathroom. He is honest, thorough and professional. We never had a worry about the project. If something wasn't up to his standards, it was re-done. His crew was very experienced and respectful as we were still living at home during renovation. Any questions or concerns even after completion of project was met with a quick response. Just last week we were in need of roof repair. We'd never done roof repair and had no clue where to turn. We called Ron knowing he'd have a roofer. Sure enough he came with a roofer and job done, quick and efficiently. We will always turn to Ron if ever a home project comes up

I had a great experience with this company. The price and the quality work I received for a 15×30 patio cover was great. Very professional I will definitely be contacting New Generation Construction for further projects.

These guys are amazing when they come out but lack followup. I was trying to hire them to do several things from Re Stucco of Home to new kitchen and more. They send me a quote but left things out with each question the friendliness and professionalism I so loved about them faded. Would not send full SOW I GOT SO CONFUSED! Finally owner decided to just not respond POOR PROFESSIONAL COURTESY - really wanted to work with him but change orders are a way for these guys to fatten their pockets. The fear of the unknown can end you in the poor house or with an unfinished remodel! Too bad cause they are good guys. Still haven’t got the house done 🤦🏽‍♀️

Ely gave me prices for my house. We had an agreement. Never called me back. I had to call office myself. When he gave me the estimate of my house. It wasn't what we agreed in person. It was over $4,000 from the original estimate we agreed at first. Office doesn't know what's going on. Buyer beware. He is not a man of his word.

Beware! Contacted this company for roof repair work. Michael Rhine came out to our home and meant with my Husband on Monday afternoon. Looked at the work that needed to be done(small job). They said would work up a quote and call on Tuesday. No one called! Wednesday morning called the office and talked with Gina. She stated that she would give Michael the message when he came out of meeting. Here it is Friday morning and never received so much as a phone call. I understand if they don't want the job because it might be to small but the courtesy of letting us know would have been nice.

Ely and his crew did exactly what they said they would and first class! Highly recommended them if you have a choice choose them. Thanks for a great job.

Just had our beautiful driveway and walkway pavers done. Price is reasonable. Ely and Ron G team was wonderful to work with. Ron was very patient with my requests and took time to explain and discuss our options. One thing that impressed me most is that the company really knows how to keep their words. From beautiful paver patio, long lasting vinyl fence, new grass, pergola with all the bells and whistles, rock and step stones, planter, the works!
