The counter staff is very friendly and efficient at their job, (especially Jamal and Kristin!!!) They work very hard to get us what we need when we need it, and go above and beyond. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and their work ethic!

AC Pro is a fantastic warehouse for the professional HVAC technician. They have an endless supply of parts and systems. And, their friendly and speedy service only makes it perfect. All of the counter guys are friendly and efficient.

I absolutely love having AC PRO as apart of our team and family! Robert and JJ go above and beyond the call of duty and takes business personal as do I. ACPRO is completely changing the game on air conditioning distribution and treats you like your important to them, doesn’t matter if you’re buying $10,000 or $10,000,000. I’ve been in business for a LONG time and ACPRO is by far the best distributer period! If you’re debating making the switch just do it, you will not be unhappy.

I went to AC Pro Riverside and was helped by Nate. Although I'm not a contractor and was not able to purchase anything, Nate went above and beyond to help me get my AC Pro split wifi figured out. He could have blown me off, but instead he totally figured everything out. Thank you AC Pro and Nate. Oh, and the new split works awesome.

I don’t know where to start, but man their customer service is top-tier, Robert, The branch manager is awesome. JJ, our sales rep has been nothing but the best when it comes to any questions regarding new air-conditioning systems, rebates and energy star high efficient systems I cannot express how happy I have been with this company for the last 4 to 5 years I’ve been in business. Their Customer Service has truly been top-tier.

This should be the one place you think of when you need air conditioning heating and ventilation also refrigeration tools supply's and what else free education.

It sure would be nice if your ad says you're not open to the public rather than have people drive-in there for nothing

They did me shady. One guy was doing my bill. Then Karen was being nosy and started asking me all kinds of ?s. Then denied selling me a motor cause I didn't have a C20. I've bought stuff there before without a C20. Ill never go back
