It's great to have people you can rely on. In our case, we regularly refer people to Pedro, Dean and the team at Empire Technologies. When our IT clients have cabling or access needs, or perhaps they're moving locations and need an entire facility wired, we call Empire. We used to have a few different sources we might reach out to but over time, we learned no one else is nearly as responsive and takes such great care of our customers. We recently moved our offices and Empire handled the new cabling of all communications devices - phones, computers, fax, wifi and two tv's, all on a very tight timeline. They did an awesome job! Pedro, Nathan and Dean have all been great to work with. Very happy with their responsiveness and review of the work to be done. SOW was very quick and easy. The quote was similiar to what I had received from other vendors but what sold me was the quality of the cameras, their professionalism and their responsiveness. And now that I have a chance to do even more with the system Matt Bush rocked on helping me touch base on some of the questions I had. Company as a whole was great. Very tentative to our needs. Everything went very smooth and according to plan. Chris was the lead on this project he was great. Feed back on camera placement was on point. The part that was really great was the follow up after the job was completed to see how everything was working that is top notch customer service. Also thank you to Dean, he really helped out when our equipment went down. He got us a scissors lift whith in hour to keep the project on schedule. Thank you. 5 out of 5 for me.
