Jason Blakley our sales person was wonderful. He walked us through the entire process. He was able to make adjustments to the size once we realized the one that we ordered was going to be too big. He even called us to check on the installation on his day off. He was not only a salesperson, but he cared that we were happy with entire process. It’s pretty rare these days to have a company not only have great customer service, but also a phenomenal product! Came here to check out the sheds, Jayson was the first to come up and help me out. Showed me the sheds, ran the numbers, worked out a plan according to my needs. We visited Tuff Shed, Rohnert Park to explore options, costs, and timelines. We wanted Tuff Shed because our present Tuff Shed has withstood harsh weather for 25 years without any major issues.
Impressive storage options and designs. The lot showcased a variety of storage designs, with customizable features such as body and trim color, roof color, shelving, work benches, windows, and vent choices.
After selecting our preferred design and receiving detailed pricing from the representative, we learned that delivery could be scheduled within just one week of placing our order, making the process quick and convenient.

We went in for just a quote, but Jason was amazing! Answered all our questions with positivity and professionalism. We ended up purchasing one of these amazing sheds with a custom paint color and 7 year warranty!

Jayson at Tuff Shed made the design process of our chicken coop smooth and enjoyable. He listened to our needs, and showed us ways to make it more affordable. We ordered our shed Monday, and it was delivered the same week on Friday.

Upon researching the best way to replace a 500+sq ft Rec room post-fire, we were surprised and relieved to learn that Tuff Shed offers buildings of this size. Our project manager, Jayson, was there every step of the way and made sure that our project was completed just the way we had envisioned. We bought a Tuff Shed in November for a home office and guest bedroom. It turned out really amazing. We ordered it on a Saturday and it was delivered and installed (in 1 day) 10 days later. The quality is really top notch and the installers were really great and our salesman, Jayson, went above and beyond. He even came out to our house to make sure the installers could get the materials down to our site. We highly recommend!

Jayson was a pleasure to work with. During the pandemic we communicated over the phone and emails. It was very easy and smooth getting my shed ordered and installed.

WOW - what a great service from Alethea, who helped our planning process - particularly with excellent recommendations and advice to help us put together a comprehensive budget and a timeline for the whole project, start to finish. Very responsive and super helpful.

The shed looks marvelous! It took a while to get everything here due to the Covid-19 but it finally all came together. My salesman Richard Koch was very helpful and responded to all my inquiries quickly and always took care of any questions along the way. The installers, Lance and Hillary were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is the quality of the prefabbed framing was inferior. Multiple missed nails and cracked studs. Granted once everything is in place it is very sturdy but for the price the framing should be perfect!

Would I buy from Tuff Shed again? Definitely! Just take a closer look before I sign off.
