Zach is the usual technician that takes care of our house and as always he does a fantastic job! Eathwise is an affordable and reliable company.

Joe was very pleasant and informative on what he would be doing at the house. He took the time to inspect the entire house and was very thorough. Afterwards, he gave me the quote and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the experience.

Zach is our tech and does amazing work. We discuss our concerns and he listens. Dr-webbing, sprat around all openings and the base of the foundations, and any interior needs if sighted. We have 3 dogs and their pesticides do not harm them. Earthwise has successfully removed threats of roaches from a hoarding neighbor, fleas, ants and wasps, and rats. Plus they come out at no charge between quarterly treatments if we find additional pests. Highly recommended Earthwise and Zach.

Service is great! Super friendly fast and efficient! No more rodent. Every time I call them about an issue. They pick up, great customer service. They send someone out immediately ( within a couple of days) take care of the issue. The technician that comes out he is super friendly, polite, informative and knowledgeable and quick.

I really enjoyed the customers service. We had a bee issue at the apartments here, yellow jackets, and the rep showed up on time, they even text you with alerts, and we scheduled service and within a couple of days the bees were gone! They do a courtesy follow up in a couple of weeks too. Glad I found this company for all future issues we'll gladly be reaching out again. Fair in pricing as well.

Earthwise has done a remarkable job with our house. Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They carefully explained expectations, treatments and potential outcomes. Their service is first rate and responsive. Shout out to Katlyn, Seth and Joe all five star employees.

Jonny and J.R. did an awesome job with our termite treatment (for subterranean termites: trenching/drilling under the crawlspace, around the exterior of the house and inside the garage, applying chemicals, refilling trenches/holes + clean up). Everything went very smoothly and we definitely feel much more secure about our home. Our pest inspector Chris was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and Breanna and Katie (who field the phone calls and handle other administrative duties in the office) have been fantastic to work with as well--we asked to reschedule many times, and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional about it.

I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for pest services. That said, make sure you read through all the fine print before signing anything (always a good idea with contractors in general, not only with pest control companies), just to make sure you're not agreeing to anything you're not ready for--we found out we'd have to move stuff away from the walls inside the garage (as much as possible) prior to the drilling and treatment, hence the rescheduling, plus there was an unprompted contract for recurring service that I received by email and just ignored, since we aren't interested in that at this time--I'd like to stress that none of the employees pressured us on this in any way (or even brought it up as something to reconsider), but a person not paying attention could easily have signed up for something they weren't necessarily looking for. So the customer service provided by the employees has been terrific, but maybe business practices (determined by management, not the fault of the employees) are a bit closer to average--not likely to be any better anywhere else, and often much worse, but I felt worth a mention in full disclosure. I might have left a full 5-star rating for EPM regardless, but I also feel like the reviews here could be slightly inflated because of a prompt that says the technician will get a $5 bonus from the company if you take 5 secs and "leave a positive review about your tech." On one hand, any of the resulting reviews seen here would have been left by people who were happy with the services received, so nothing's false -- but maybe the extra incentive to leave a review (and recognize someone who certainly deserves a bonus) gives this company an advantage when ranked alongside the others.

Our technician was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He had a very positive and happy attitude. Very great service!
