Great PROFESIONAL people, the best price compared to ANY other company, no wonder they have 74 years in buisness!!!

Have used for many years never problems but this last time did not want to pump what I paid for $210 not cheap within a week it filled up again called them explained and kept telling me ok tomorrow someone will be there nobody comes called every day would say the same till I got the owner "Doc" nice at first said would call before coming next day no show no call called today asked to talk to him didn't want to talk asked again finally he answered to have him yelling at me saying that he was doing me a favor coming again with out charging and will come when they want all this yelling at me and hung up on me called again woman answered says will get to us when they can and hung up worst service ever nice when they want ur money the owner has no "Doc" is a piece of work do not call this place worst service ever.

They say a price over the phone and then charge you more when they get there. Shady business

They were good. Came early, called us to let us know and communicated well.

These guys are great. They did everything they said they would, and in only a few days. When they were done they cleaned up all the area.
I would highly recommend these guys for a septic system or any plumbing needs.

Most unprofessional company I've ever done buisness with....theu charged my credit card for months of service that I didn't do... when I called they yelled and cursed

No communication, manager doesnt return calls. Guy who inspected my tank was not knowledgeable and didnt make me feel it was money well spent. Waste of 800$

Ramon and Richard (who does their installations) are EXCEPTIONAL !!!! They managed to find a concrete vault, that had been buried under my concrete patio for more than 35 years !!!! These men are AWESOME !!!! I'll never be able to thank them enough for what they have done for me today !!!! Goddards is WORLD CLASS !!!!

The worker got a long pole fixing the waste but at the end he just threw the pole to the kids playground area exposing used condoms and large waste everywhere. The worker did not help to clean as I cleaned my backyard alone. I would not recommend them unless you want terrible service.

Ramon and Prosperous came out the day we yelled for help. They were excellent at zeroing in on the trouble and taking care of it. These guys really know what they're doing and they do it fantastically! It is such a great feeling to KNOW that we have found the ones who will be a solution to our septic problems. I had to pump the septic tank on Nov. 28th 2020, and it started overflowing in my backyard on Dec. 20, 2020. They sent someone out on Dec. 21st And the guy just stop by and left because he said no parking. The next day on Dec 22nd another guy came and said it needed to be pumped and said they would be back. I had to call in the morning of Dec. 23rd, to ask when someone will come out to pump it and why is it over flowing so fast when the last time it lasted from Feb. 5th to Nov. 28th? The worker said doesn't know, it might be the system failing but they still had to charge me another $250 to pump again because they don't offer warranty on their service. Spent a total of $500 in less then 30 days for septic pumping.

Every thing was great and all until the end! The man that was here to Service my house disconnected all of the hoses leaving nothing but human waste in my backyard around the whole house and kid playground . I asked if you can disconnect them in the front but he never did, I had to clean it up myself and I think it something they should do since I'm paying them. My experience with them is not great I was in a sh*ty situation . In my opinion I would not recommend them .

Wooooo just they didn't show up for the estimate. I drove from palm springs to meet them. Even they charge $85.00 for estimate.
They said they called me to reschedule...
But Is not true. this guys ignore

Less than one star! All of the negative comments are true! Additionally, the business changes names every few years, and should not be in business due to dishonest and corrupt business practices. Their license has been expired for several years. Check out license number 543650 under multiple names such as Goddards/Nazco Service and American Septic Services Inc. They should be fined and shut down for working without a license!

Nobody wants to have to deal with an emergency pump… on a task-filled Monday morning, no less. But California Pumping was awesome! Javier initially took my call and got me scheduled immediately. Allie, in the office, knew her stuff and kept me updated on an ETA. Israel was so nice, informative, professional and quick! Almost exactly two hours after my first contact with California Pumping, I was thanking Israel for his great job and waving Goodbye!
I highly recommend this company and can say they’ve gained a repeat customer from this experience.
