Gregario and his team are the best home builders I’ve ever worked with. They were on time, on budget, friendly and professional. Gregario is a man of his word and understands his clients needs.

I'm in the midst of shopping around for landscape architects because I have an upcoming project. I haven't made a decision yet, but after speaking with Gregorio - GCB, Inc. has definitely jumped towards the top of my 'consider' list. Reason being, he came across as earnest, knowledgeable, and most importantly seems easy to work with. I've worked with contractors in the past who were good at what they do, but were difficult to work with. It's simply not worth it. Whoever is reading this.....give Gregorio a call, you won't regret it :)

Can’t say enough great things about Greenwood Custom Builders. Gregorio and his team are great problem solvers, reliable and always put quality first. And if you have a true emergency, you can really count on them. We had ongoing flooding in our downstairs bedroom during the heavy rains December and Gregorio really saved the day (and our home from even more extensive damage). And then converted the space into a great looking room that will never get flooded again.

I have worked with Greenwood Custom Builders on several home projects, including a bathroom remodel. Working with Gregorio Martinez, the owner, has been an absolute pleasure. Over the last 17 years we have remodeled pretty much every part of our property in Crescent Park, working with 4 different contractors. After our incredibly positive experiences with Gregorio and his team, we will now only work with Greenwood Custom Builders. Gregorio is a true professional: scrupulously honest, detail-oriented, responsive, and calm under pressure. He solves problems, makes creative and valuable suggestions, and employs fantastic subs. He may not give the lowest initial quote for a job, but that is because he is transparent and straightforward; he will not underbid only to surprise a client with a ballooning budget.

Gregorio and his team remodeled several of our bathrooms, completed a redesign and remodel of a guest bedroom/office, converted a garage space into a dojo/gym, built outdoor storage cabinets, reroofed our home and exterior structures, revamped our hvac, and transformed a cramped and windowless closet into a beautiful and light-filled work space. I’m sure they did more over the years that I am forgetting here. In addition to being extremely skilled and conscientious, Gregorio and his team are just good people, always a pleasure to have around.

Gregorio Martinez and his team are excellent, they are on time and on budget. We have worked with Gregorio for the last eleven years on many remodel projects, including a retaining wall, painting, staining, outdoor kitchen, landscaping and paving. Gregorio's team is very detailed and Gregorio checked in weeks after the projects were done to make sure everything was still OK. He is responsive and does a great job planning a project. He could not be more professional. We highly recommend Greenwood and Gregorio.

Greenwood Custom Builder gave us a great experience from start to finish. When our home was devastated by storm damage Gregorio started work on a handshake and then kept holding our hands through out the project. He, his crew of craftsmen and his extended network of quality sub-contractors made our forced remodel affordable, predictable and in the end beautiful. We could not be more satisfied.

Gregorio Martinez and his staff of very competent carpenters and masons did a fantastic job on our property. They managed a completely custom request and engaged creatively on the esthetics and construction details and materials used. They built a high quality custom cedar fence and shed for our property and built prototypes of custom designed heavy-duty gates for entrances in the gate. They were delightful to work with and delivered on time in the midst of a very difficult material shortage. Their sourcing was excellent and the pricing was fair and they were transparent on the high costs of materials and needed carpentry.

We had a challenging time finding a landscape contractor with the expertise, quality and pricing we were looking for and Green Again Landscaping ticked all of those boxes. Joe and his team took our yard from a messy, chaotic, overgrown mess and turned it into a clean, usable, beautiful space.

Joe, Victor (our foreman) and their team were professional, communicative and efficient throughout the entire project. They paid attention to details that I didn’t even think to consider, which turned out to be really important. They are clearly experts on everything from irrigation to hardscapes to planting.

We couldn’t be happier with our new yard and would recommend Green Again to anyone looking for a landscaper contractor they can trust.

I cannot recommend Joe and Green Again highly enough. In a world where working with contractors is fraught with delays, re-work, cost overruns and general hassle, Green Again generated none of those challenges.

Not only was the quality of work top-notch, Joe is a problem-solver and has relationships and contacts to address challenges or additional work. They don't subcontract out very much, so you get the same guys everyday. And the crew was super-hardworking, gracious and conscientious.

Joe was also spot on budget-wise. No surprises nor need to re-price things once the job was going.

My only wish is that he did general building work and also traveled out of state. They are the best.
