I own a Shopping Center in Thousand Oaks. I ran into a major problem whereby the plumber we had been using assured me he could take care of an expensive fix below the Ventura County Storm Drain. He started digging holes in our parking lot and caused a gigantic mess and then ghosted me by walking off the job without any response with a commercial building very close to having to shut down because of a broken pipe that he did not fix. I was in a serious mess. I discovered Father & Son on Angie's list after going through multiple plumbers, including others on Angie's list where the solution was to replace an entire line at a cost of 65K to 89K. Father & Son saved the day. Yes, the solution was expensive but less than 50% of other plumbers and some did not even want to handle it. Result: I didn't need to replace the entire line and only had to fix the broken pipe under the storm drain. They are honest, trustworthy and don't want to do work unless truly needed. What a relief to find them. I have been using them every since this major problem was fixed in Feb. 2023. PS, My final cost would have been 2/3 of what I had to pay had they not have to correct the problems caused by the first plumber. For long term hold of property be it residential or commercial, these are people you can trust and are fair. Owner of Father & Son has multiple decades of being in the business and is no-nonsense and direct when it comes to what is really needed. I am grateful I found them.

Another excellent experience with Father & Son (second time using them). This is the best plumbing contractor that I have ever worked with. This time there was a minor issue during the job. I believe a true test of any type of contractor is how they react when unexpected things happen, how focused are they on the customer, etc. F & S were unbelievably quick to respond and got everything back on track in short order. They made sure everything was done properly and to our total satisfaction. We have an old house with old plumbing and drains. There are always challenges when we need things addressed. This experience cemented our long-term commitment to this company. Thanks again Don & Brandon, you guys are awesome.

I highly recommend using Father & Son Plumbing. I was told by a contractor I trusted that I would need all my lines replaced in my house. When I called Father and Son they told me that wasn't necessary, and showed me that the previous work by my contractor wasn't even glued together. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars by just doing an honest job and actually fixing the real problems . In the process they also meticulously photographed the work by request. They were extremely easy to deal, very responsive and listened to my concerns. They aren't going to try to fix problems that aren't there, these are honest plumbers.

Father and Son Plumbing is the new go to call for any plumbing needs. The guys were great. Professional, cleaned up after the job, and documented everything to show us what was done. Didn't over charge!!

We would highly recommend Don and Brandon of Father & Son Sewer Inspections. They were responsive, showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, explained everything they were doing and presented us with options about how to proceed. They solved our sewer blockage quickly and then cleaned everything up so there was no mess left for us to deal with. They are very competent, honest and fair. We will call them again for any of our plumbing or sewer problems.

Don quickly answered and called me down during a plumbing emergency. He walked me through steps over the phone and was such a help in a stressful situation. Don and Brandon worked to scheduled us in quickly and the work was perfect. Appreciate all of their help
