Devin saved my hide. I had a partially completed 4 zone mini split system. His guys showed up when he said they would and completed my challenging project in one day. He's a business owner that lives and breathes customer service. Have him work on your mini-split project and I guarantee you will not be disappointed

We had a low pressure code causing our mini split system to quit working. I called and got an appointment the following day. Devin showed up on time and thoroughly diagnosed and repaired our system. He is the owner of his relatively new business. He was courteous and professional and showed us how to maintain our system to keep it running smoothly. He charged us a reasonable price for the work done. I highly recommend this company and glad there’s someone out there who specializes in mini-split system which is so much more efficient the traditional central HVAC system.

I contacted MiniSplit Express on Tuesday, and they were here at 8 a.m. (early even) the next day. Devin communicated with me clearly and kindly to get service all arranged, and gave me a heads up on Wednesday of the techs arrival, continuing to answer any questions I had. Zach and Joey arrived early, were pleasant, considerate, and listened to my description of the situation with my mini split, and got right to work. Zach explained his diagnostic procedure to me and got my unit cleaned and working well. And the price was VERY reasonable for all that they did. I definitely recommend and will be using them again each year. Thank you.
