Horrible customer service, left me waiting for over 15 minutes. I was looking for an specific plant and never got a reply regarding if they had it or not. Rude responses and no actual answer

Garden department is on one side of the store, registers (all seem to be self checkout) on the other... Not a bad location, but out of place around all the other shopping that's there.

Has lots of chooses in bedding plants and succulents and a large variety of soil and amendments arranged very nicely in and just outside the confines of the garden area. Prenty of surface parking and is handicap accessible.

Went to buy some very large pots. I told 2 people who were near the area out side the plant department were the pots were that I needed help. They told me to go inside for help. I asked another man for help and he said I needed to talk to a checker. I asked the checker for help and said the pots were outside and I needed assistance. She said to get the code number on the pots and I could buy them inside. I still said I needed assistance and felt ignored. I got the code and went to pay for them. There was a small number I didn't see so she went outside to check the numbers. In the mean time my husbands is feed up with waiting for assistance so he drives our van into the area were the pots are and is loading the pots when she is out there. She jumps on him for loading the pots without paying for them while I'm watching this from the register. There is an employee out there watering plants and puts things in front of my husbands path while he is trying to load up instead of helping him load up these large pots. I'm watching this whole thing from the register and become livid. I walk out to the van and yell at him. THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP. MY HUSBAND IS ALMOST 70 YEARS OLD AND YOU CAN"T EVEN HELP HIM. WHAT"S THE MATTER WITH YOU. Never will I go back. I had been in the retail business for years and I would have been fired when I was an employee for being so rude as all of them.

So many plants! At great prices too. I feel like I could have spent hours here. They have pretty much everything, indoor and outdoor plants. I was looking for an indoor plant, and they had more options than any other plant shops I’ve been to so far (granted, I haven’t been to that many) at a fraction of the cost. I liked how some of them already came in a nice pot. My biggest criticism is that many plants didn’t seem 100% healthy, a few were even dying. I suppose that’s just what happens when you have so many plants to account for, you can’t put much attention on all of them individually. Overall, 4/5.

We had an excellent experience working with Diego and Katie. Everything was well explained up front with no surprises, completed on time, on budget, and with excellent quality. We love the way the landscape looks and would absolutely work with Circlefoot again!

We were looking to completely renovate and redesign our fairly boring and unusable backyard. In comparing several design and build companies, we decided on Circlefoot and are extremely happy with our decision. Diego and Katie were involved from start to finish on every aspect of the project. It's always refreshing when you get the owners of the company walking the walk...down on their hands and knees getting dirty alongside the contractors. It adds a level of integrity in our opinion. At the end of the day, they turned our slab of grass and concrete into the ideal retirement background, centered around a cantina that we now essentially live in. Katie was amazing as the lead green thumb and she knows her stuff. The estimates on timing, etc. weren't always 100% accurate, but any changes were always justified and the news was always delivered quickly and clearly. These projects can be stressful, and it was reassuring knowing that Circlefoot was always on top of everything. They take great pride in their work and were very friendly and easy to work with. Next call will be to Circlefoot to take care of our front yard!
