I called a couple companies for a bid on a job I needed done at my house . One company flaked and never called to cancel and one company canceled at the last min and showed up the next day with a really high bid and to me if they can’t even show up when they say for a bid then I can only imagine how the job would go. Then 3G showed up exactly when they said and gave me a bid before he left and I could tell right away these guys know exactly what they are doing when it comes to any kind of construction work or remodeling . I hired them on the spot, he called me the next morning to schedule to start the work to within a week. They always showed up on time and made sure everything was clean when they left the job site. They were great to work with , fare prices and I will definitely be using them again for any work I need done. I also called them on another occasion just to ask some questions about a stucco job I was having done and the building inspector would not ok my permit unless a licensed general Contractor came and inspected the existing t-111 and wrote up a report on it which 3G came right out and did a full inspection and wrote up a report for the city building inspector. The City inspector gave me all my permits because of 3G thank god. I don’t usually write reviews but so many contractors are flaky these days that it’s nice when you find an honest General Contractor who does what they say.

Joe and his team came and did a kitchen renovation for me. Great quality, great price, and above and beyond my expectation. Joe was able to walk me threw each step and work with me to get it all done on time and on budget. If you want it done right and by a honest as they come kinda guy these are my recommendation.

Joe and his crew did a total renovation our home before we purchased in 2021, and they did an excellent job. They did everything, including new electrical, plumbing, lighting, floors, paint, and an attached ADU, everything done with city permits! Many other homes in the area showed obvious signs of builders cutting corners, but the craftsmanship from 3G Builders and Renovation really blew us away and sealed the deal on the house. Almost 2 years later, we still have no issues and continue to appreciate the effort they put into making our home!
