Daniel came shortly after being called in to diagnose a commercial washer problem that had been unsolved by two previous technicians. Though the part needed is unavailable due to the age of the washer, Daniel offered a workable workaround until the part might be found. Tenants are pleased the laundry is back working and are happy to comply with the workaround. So - a tech that can offer good alternate solutions? a great find!
