After looking at several floor stores in the area, I decided on Carpet One in San Ramon. I can't say enough positive things about the process and the staff. I made several trips to the store over a few months before deciding on an engineered hardwood. The decision was an important one as I was having wood installed throughout the house. Everyone was extremely patient and helpful throughout the sales process, and pricing was competitive. Another deciding factor was having a project manager assigned to the installation; someone I could easily contact along the way. This was very helpful, and Oscar was always responsive. Adolfo and his installation team did a fabulous job tearing out the old floors and laying the new hardwood floors. Their focus, attention to detail and care for my furniture was amazing.

We had a great experience with Carpet One and love our new carpet. We were able to take home many samples when trying to make a decision and we also got good advice from the Carpet One staff. The installers did a wonderful job. They were very efficient and left everything clean and in order. We would definitely choose Carpet One again!

I needed new carpet for my home within a specific timeline. Rhonda came to my house measured and advised me that the required wrapping would add time and therefore cost. I received a detailed quote and a confirmation that the timeline could be met. The work was excellent and completed on time.

Had a great experience this time (our third) with Carpet One in San Ramon. We had a somewhat complex stair project and Rhonda referred us to a very talented specialist, Taro, to handle the carpentry. Once that was completed, she sent Aldo to do the carpet installation. He did a beautiful - and amazingly fast! - job. We couldn't be happier. Thanks!

Our experience with Carpet One in San Ramon was nothing less than outstanding. Victoria helped us in the showroom (they have an amazing collection of carpets); she is extremely knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and tells it how it is which is very gratifying. Oscar came by, measured everything perfectly and gave an accurate quote. The installers did an excellent job and were very courteous. Everyone we worked with at Carpet One knew their stuff. Wish everything else on our home improvement project goes like this.

This may be unusual, but I'd like to leave a review from a job Carpet One of San Ramon did for us over 5 years ago! I was cleaning our hardwood floors recently, and it reminded me of how I'm STILL extremely happy with everything that Carpet One completed in our project. I realized that it's unusual (but could be beneficial) to have someone report that over 5 years later - my floors look like new! The 2 transitions from hardwood to tile are flawless - the previous flooring installer had put down tack strips to cover the transition, but Carpet One didn't need to! It's so much classier and cleaner this way! We had hardwood, tile, and carpet all installed by Carpet One of San Ramon, and we are still extremely happy and wouldn't have done it any other way. We had a great experience working with Carpet One, especially with Ivan Castillo. We had a major incident at home, and they patiently guided us through the remodeling process, scheduled partial installations, and completed all the work as expected and with high quality. Highly recommended.

Oscar was very kind upfront and very accommodating. He also quickly answered any questions I had via email and was able to to move up the install date.

Oscar's team also offered to remove tacks and staples from our stairs (which were not getting carpet installed) and renail down some floor boards so they stopped creaking when we stepped on them.

The install crew was very nice, on time, and worked very hard. Everything was done in about 5 hrs.

The team at Carpet One was professional and patient in helping pick out the right flooring for our home. Their installation team was quick and efficient and did excellent work in some tough areas working around our stone hearth. Highly recommend and very happy with their service.

This past June most of our house flooded as the result of a loose washing machine hose. After our insurance company and ServPro, our 3rd call was to Carpet One in San Ramon to see if the flooring we'd installed about 3 yrs. prior and our previous designer were available. She was and so was the flooring!
Rhonda came over once the fans & dryers had done their job and spoke with us and the reconstruction team, working out a timeline to begin the restoration.
In the meantime, I had help choosing replacement carpeting from Paul and his guidance (& patience) was invaluable.
Rhonda arranged for the flooring to be delivered as well as the bedroom carpet. The installers, Elias and Mario, were as professional as could be. Their availability, flexibility, and work was seamless, from the cutting to the placement of flooring and carpet and finally on the baseboards. What a great team.
We could not be more grateful or have asked for more than the service and workmanship we received from everyone at Carpet One over the months it took from start to finish.

Wow. Must have been a stick up someone's you know what when they answered our call.

We called to make our purchase after receiving the quote. I don't recall who picked up, but they picked up very unprofessionally. Told the woman who we had talked to on Saturday and was immediately followed up with "She's not in today"... Okay. Didn't ask or care, we just want to put our order through.

Anyways, we said that's okay and just wanted to make our purchase. The lady then acts like we're forcing her to do something out her scope of work. She then mispronounces our last name followed up with an "okay" in a rude tone. And then after being corrected, she gets upset and says that she doesn't want to talk to us anymore and that someone else will call us back.

No thanks! We'll take our business elsewhere.

Carpet One did a great job on my flooring and I’m very happy with their work.

I worked with Carpet One to change my carpets, and everything really worked like a charm. They were effective in communication, punctual and delivered with quality.

Friendly professional staff and quality installation! Friendly folks within the store worked with us to schedule appointment for a representative to measure our home and get things on order. The four installers who were hardworking and did excellent / quality work!
