Worse service ! they said price is 109 but they charge over 190usd, they did not clean weell bad , worse service, appoiment was 9.30am they also start at 2.30pm

enjoyed this experience a lot. i utilized the online quote provided by five star carpet cleaners and my final charge was near to it - they suggested, but didn't insist on extra work that i chose. the technicians, kyle and seth, were professional and friendly. my carpets now look superb and the whole process took less than two hours. the pricing was affordable. i would certainly repeat this process in a flash! fantastic job.

randall showed up and took care of my living room and hallway carpets for me. first off, he's a great guy and very knowledgeable. My carpets look fresh and new again. he cleaned them, deodorized and added a protective layer. the prices were fair. I'll be reaching out to randall at Five Star Carpet Cleaners from now on. I just received very poor customer service over the phone when I called this business for an estimate. The person answering the phones continued talking over me when I was asking him questions. And when I asked him to stop doing that and let me explain what service I needed. He hung up the phone. Very poor customer service.

I reached out to have my carpets spruced up and was delighted to be offered service on the same day. Jaxon, a representative from Five Star Carpet Cleaners, dropped by in the afternoon to complete the task. His work was exceptional, showcasing his professionalism, punctuality, courtesy, and great interpersonal skills. Unfortunately, a red wine spill marred the carpet shortly after he had left. I called Jaxon back and asked if he could revisit the spot, and he was back at my place in just about 45 minutes to rectify the issue (the spot completely disappeared). This wasn't my maiden experience with their service and most certainly won't be my last. To put it simply, if you are in need of a top-notch professional to steam clean your carpets, do give them a call. You will not be let down. Their service is truly a class act!

Worst service ever. I had scheduled my appointment days in advance and they tried to cancel on me 30 minutes before their arrival time. They came after I told them that I had already removed all of my furniture, and tried to quote me 3x more than what we had already agreed on. Do not recommend.
