I had a new kitchen faucet installed and was having problems attaching my water purifier. I was referred to Slakey Brothers. The smartest man in the world answered the phone at Slakey Brothers! He thought about my issue for a second, told me what to do and resolved my issue! I highly recommend the geniuses at Shakey Brothers!!!

Had an old warranty claim on a warrantied water heater that was over 6 months old. Called and spoke to Tom who is the manager there and let me tell you, Slakey sure knew what they were doing when they gave him that title. He was so patient and kind and worked with me to get this information submitted for refund, and was just a delight to work with! Because of his professionalism and helpful demeanor we will continue to use your company for all our service needs! Overall, we enjoyed the entire experience, Thanks again TOM you Rock!

Ramirez’s Plumbing replaced my entire sewer line. Very fast and efficient. Told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. Great price after comparing with other plumbing companies.

Terrible customer service. I called for a simple job, and they would NOT send a guy unless I agreed to pay whatever the job cost, sight unseen. I told them that if they sent a guy over and the job would be too much I would send him away. They then told me that they did not have anyone to send over regardless.

Needed an emergency repair and our tech Hector was a true professional. He immediately pin pointed the issue and made the needed repairs. He utilized his time effectively and cleaned his work area. The work was completed in no time at all. Hector in our opinion sets the standard for his industry. Good work Hector.

Horrible customer service. We made an appointment, they never showed up, and when we called about the missed apppontmnet, the woman who originally made our apponment, said she never confirmed our time (untrue), and we should just find someonelse, they are too busy. Wow! We never met the actual plumber, but the office personal is atriciously unprofessional. If you need a job done, dont call them.

I’d personally dismiss the one star reviews as I’m not sure why these other customers had poor experience. I contacted Ramirez Plumbing regarding a faulty water regulator and within 24 hours my issue had been resolved. Excellent workmanship and an honest company. If I run into any more plumbing issues in the future, they will be the first service I contact.

I called Ramirez Plumbing for a couple of home repairs and their responsiveness was quick and courteous! The repairs were done efficiently and I couldn't be happier. Excellent company.

I think any bad reviews on this sight are old and they no longer have anything to do with their customer service now. Junior is very professional.

We have used Ramirez Plumbing multiple times over the past +1 year and they always do a great job. Betty in the office is super helpful and gets someone out on short notice, Ray gets the job done and explains things really well, and their rates are very fair. They are the type of company that I will go back to again and again because I trust them, they do good work, and they are reasonably priced.

Disappointed in follow up on warranty-related questions and service of Ramirez-installed water heater. Promised contact with company, warranty progress, and any on-site investigation never materialized despite multiple contacts via phone, message, email and text. Not responding and not responding in a timely manner are unacceptable and unprofessional.

We would highly recommend Ramirez Plumbing to anyone. They are a father and son duo and you can tell that they have many years of experience. Our experience with them was so good from beginning to end. They had done the plumbing for our whole building. What really impressed us is how we asked them to install a special sink. We had consulted with a couple of other companies, but were not confident in their plan or demeanor. Although Mr. Ramirez had never seen our specialized sink before, he was so professional, thoughtful and efficient. They really went out of their way to discuss the best options between each other, try to think outside the box, make something very complex work out and were very transparent about the pros and cons of each option. I really felt heard and was very pleased with how professional they were. My team and I are so grateful to Ramirez Plumbing and will certainly be referring everyone we know to them. Thank you!

Great local company! I had a leak in my water heater. They were quick to reply, cost effective, courteous, and did a great job. So happy to have a new water heater!
