I just had Done Right Builders remodel my kitchen. I spent a lot of time interviewing contractors and what made them stand out from all the rest was their attention to details and they really made me and my wife feel heard. Our project managers were Aviad and Eliad and they really are the dream team. From the initial designs all the way through construction they were right there with us guiding us through all the difficult decisions we needed to make. We really love our kitchen and can’t thank you guys enough for walking through our door.

We chose Done Right Builders and Remodeling for our full kitchen renovation after meeting with six highly rated contractors from Google. They offered a mid-range quote and a realistic timeline of 6-8 weeks. Our project manager, Ryan, went above and beyond our expectations! He was professional yet personable, very organized, transparent, and easy to reach. We'd been putting off this renovation for over three years, and we're so glad we did it with Ryan. Despite unexpected repairs due to the house being from the 1950s, everything was still completed within six weeks from demo. We're thrilled with the results and have already reached out to Ryan to start on our bathroom. Special thanks to his foreman, and his team, who kept the site clean and tidy each day and were always considerate.

After interviewing with 3 different contractors, I’m glad I went with Done Right. Alon, Mia and the rest of the team did an amazing job with my kitchen and bathroom remodel. Alon was very helpful through the entire process and took care of things that I am grateful for, like meeting with the city for inspections and coordinating with my HOA. He was always flexible with my schedule and kept me updated on the project. Mia did an amazing job assisting me with the design, she is very knowledgeable and was patient with me during the decision making process.

You won’t regret working with this team, they’re amazing and it’s been a dream to come home now after the remodel!

I walked into my old house and walked out of a dream. What used to be dated walls, cramped rooms, and worn-down flooring became a light-filled, open-concept masterpiece. The full home remodel transformed every inch, and Shayna’s design work brought the space to life , colors, textures, even the layout felt like “me.” Jordan kept the project on track like a pro. I didn’t think this level of precision and creativity could coexist. It can.

Working with Done Right was a dream! They took our chaotic ideas and turned them into a functional, beautiful home. The crew was respectful, always cleaning up, and their attention to detail was impressive. We had to make some changes to the original design midway, but the team was very accommodating and made sure everything still fit our vision. We've hosted several gatherings since the remodel, and everyone is amazed at the transformation. This was a great investment.

Eliad, Aviad and Miguel were fantastic to work with throughout our huge six-week construction and renovation project. Not only did we want our shingle roof to be replaced and two chimneys removed, but we also asked for a new deck and engineered hardwood floors upstairs. Once the project had started additional items were added: Redoing the upstairs closet walls and installing a new range hood in the kitchen.

Communication was exceptional: Eliad and Aviad created a WhatsApp group for my wife and I to track the project’s progress. Everyday I would review the work and send notes. They were always responsive, friendly and usually replied in a few hours.

As with any major construction project there were a few setbacks and unpleasant discoveries. However Eliad and Aviad held our hands and walked us through the available options. We always felt looked after.

Early on we had asked them to check some walls for mold. Sure enough they found traces, and after further investigation by a mold remediation team, the problem turned out worse than we ever imagined: The mold had eaten through the waterproof paper and penetrated the stucco itself! We had to demo an entire side of our house down to the studs, inside and out. I was relieved though that they took utmost care to protect our brand new windows when demoing the old stucco around them.

A silver lining was that the exterior wall was rebuilt to modern code standards, with plywood sheeting and insulation. The stucco workmanship was excellent too - several of our neighbours have remarked how great it looks. Likewise for the Sheetrock and plaster work inside.

Miguel was an absolute star and deserves special mention. He led the team on the ground and made sure everything was executed to the highest standard. He has a great eye for detail and a desire to do the job well. He even came in on several weekends to renovate the upstairs closets and ensure the flooring was completed on time. He also did a few small items of electrical work including installing a new range hood at no extra expense. Fantastic guy.

The project took just over six weeks, a few weeks over the original estimate because of the mold remediation and exterior wall reconstruction. It was completed in time for my family’s return from abroad, which is all that really mattered.

As with any project this size there were few hiccups along the way, but Eliad and Aviad were receptive to feedback and quick to make things right at no additional expense. This really is the best one can hope for given the challenging and unpredictable nature of construction. Integrity is everything.

My wife and I are delighted with all their hard work, and our home really has been transformed for the better. It’s now a very different house to the one we moved into several years ago. A fantastic result!

Bought our house but it was original destroyed cabinets and such. A friend had work done with these guys and recommended them. I'll say I was impressed . They worked with me, didnt try to give me a mansion kitchen on my ned clampet minded budget. They were fair, respectful. I'd use em again

Avi, Michael & Luis were a great team to work with on our shear & strong wall installation project. We searched over 30 contractors to find the right team that could take care of the installation, work around our hours to minimize disruptions to our in home business, work with the city of San Jose to arrange and pass every inspection without repeat inspections and provide an affordable price as compared to many other contractors that did not even consider a visit to our property to bid on the project. The project was completed within 2.5 months (primarily delayed due to the city of San Jose inspection schedules) and their workmanship quality was very good. The staff was courteous and flexible to work with and open to accommodate minor requests to ensure the finishing work matched our existing design. We highly recommend the team at Done Right Home Remodeling for your next project!
