I can't say enough about BAO! We did full house remodel, filled with new cabinetry for the entire house including kitchen, bathroom and main living area. His incredibly fast but detailed and deeply knowledgable turn around time for our designs and renderings to help us see the "vision", his patient guidance throughtout the 1+ year process, his professionalism and understanding of his products, his seamless interaction with our contractor, his dedication to his clients to make sure they are beyond satisfied (we've had some issues with our cabinets and he is quick to get them remediated!), and his help in managing the costs yet giving us exactly what we want!! Plus, he is just a sincere pleasure to work with!! LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Sincere not only has the best prices in the bay, it has an incredibly supportive staff that will give you the end result you are yearning for! I recommend Sincere and BAO 100%!!!!

Bao, was great! He worked with our builder and made sure the cabinets fit our kitchen.

Their Service is really bad!! 1) It is really hard to change anything with their product bad quality and damage. 2) They always make mistakes in placing the order . The cabinet end up not matching with each other 3) With their mistake, they do NOT take the responsibility to make it right. Overall, I had a really bad experience there.

Very nice showroom. Friendly and helpful staffs. One stop for all. We got our cabinets, appliances, plumbings from here. Very good prices compare to other places. We are very happy with the kitchen cabinets Machal designed for us.

I have to write this review for Mashal. Was in the middle of purchasing kitchen cabinet and friend referred me to this store to look for Omega.. Mashal spent at least 8-10 hours on me including reply emails on site meet and so on.
In the end, I choose another cabinet brand (which sincere decor doesn't carry) over Omega because Omega didn't carry much euro style cabinets. I told Mashal that I felt really guilty for the time/effort that he spent on my case but didn't materialize. He said that's okay as that's part of business and he is still willing to give me a lot of tips after that.
Definitely a hardworking/responsive sales designer. Recommend to everyone.

Went for kitchen but that didn't work out, they do need to bring more European lines. But nonetheless staff is great & very helpful, bought a bunch of stuff like Zephyr hood & Toto. Really good pricing, better than any other places we checked. Ask for Thin, very proactive.

My contractor recommended me to check it out. Am I glad I did. Bao is very helpful design my bathrooms and design the wetbar. He drawled a 3 D pictures and all the dimensions so we have a better view of our additions. Very helpful and not pushing at all and with a good price. Recommend highly.

This store has several locations and I've been to the ones in Oakland and Santa Clara. They have an attractive showroom which is nice to get ideas. I was looking for cabinets, tile, engineered hardwood and other home improvement items. The cost for cabinets and other items is lower than some stores but the quality is not as good. They don't let you have samples like most stores do which makes it inconvenient to shop (I like to see the sample flooring or tile next to my furniture or walls before buying).

I was introduced to Thinh by my contractor and he has made our home remodel project as smooth as it could possibly go. Prices are good and he is very responsive. It's been great working with Thinh and Sincrere Home Decor.

Bao Duong helped us with everything we need for our kitchen and bathrooms. He's very nice, patient and experienced. He thought of all the little things we might have missed and would have regretted later. He even followed up after our project is done and made sure we got everything we needed.

I had good estimate and design experience with Sincere Home Decor. Thinh Nguyen and Bonnie spent good amount of time explaining us the materials, availability and cost/effect of our choices. We did not buy the cabinets from here, but that was because we like another pattern in another store

Great services and nice quality products. I have been using Sincere Home Decor for my office since 2014. Their prices are very affordable but the products' qualities are very good. Yes, there were a couple hiccups at the beginning with the previous store manager but everything was taken care of smoothly after that. I came back at least six more times to buy more supplies for my office's expansion and remodeling. Their staff are all friendly and helpful. Bao Duong and Thinh are the ones directly helping me. They are very patient with me. I do not have any interior design or construction background but after working with them using a 3D simulation program, I feel more comfortable to design myself.
They also have a third party company who can handle the granite installation which is also very helpful. Ken is the gentleman in charge. Very professional and affordable service.
I will come back for sure in the future.

I am doing a bathroom remodel and need finished materials. At my contractor's recommendation, I secured an appt with Bao Duong. He was very personable and the consummate professional whose knowledge re: products, finishes, installation considerations, etc... was extremely helpful and made the process easy and, dare I say, enjoyable. I secured vanities, shower heads, a linear drain, faucets, and other items vital to my project. Bao maintained consistent communication on availability, which was appreciated as it bested my experience with a few other vendors. I also found the pricing fair and reasonable as I price-checked many items to ensure I received a fair deal. I wholeheartedly recommend Sincere Home Decor due to the exceptional service provided by Bao. Thanks again, Bao!
