Scott called and was able to come early! He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. Our near 20 year old Carrier AC had stopped cooling our home. Within about 1-1/2 hours Scott had our home cooled down to 75 degrees! Awesome! We highly recommend Jerry’s.

The AC wasn’t cooling like it was supposed to. Jerry’s returned our call quickly and within a few days was able to send Scott out. Scott arrived on time and clearly explained all the possible problems. He was able to fix a leak and fill the freon 22 and explained about the newer more energy friendly freon that we’ll move to when our compressor needs to be replaced. He was very professional, experienced and customer oriented. We’ll call Scott again next time we need HVAC service.

This is the 2nd 5 star review. This time it was my AC, Jerry's came out assessed the issue, didn't go ballistic on me with over the top bids on AC Replacement when all I needed was a motor fan replaced. Scott Blair came out took apart the unit, he made sure everything was okay, found the problem. took the part and replaced it. He was over the top with care and service, He also, gave me some excellent advice regarding ,my supply vents. Jerry's will definitely be the one I will call for my new AC. Great service! Very nice friendly servicemen Tim and Garrett. I had a furnace replaced. Excellent work and very thorough. They took the time and made sure that everything was working properly, they were so neat you couldn't tell that they had been here..They explained in great detail about the new furnace. It made my day.

I called for my yearly heater inspection. Jerry's came over promptly. They thoroughly checked my heater and replaced the filter's. I also had 2 clogged sensors which they cleaned out. The heater most likely wouldn't have started with the clogged sensors. "My tech said".My tech was nice , professional and courteous. Plus he really knew his stuff. Jerry's charged me $79.00 for the service call. Pleasure to spend money on safety. Thank you Jerry's for giving me piece of mind.

Our thermostat's sudden malfunction left us in a bind, but the technician arrived swiftly, diagnosing the issue with impressive precision. Within an hour, everything was up and running smoothly. Their expertise and efficiency were truly commendable.

Had an appointment scheduled for estimate on a new furnace since the one we have broke down. They gave me a 2 hour window for the appointment and told them to call me on my cell to let me know when they are on their way. No one showed up, so I called them, and the response was we called you to let you know the tech was stuck in traffic and could not make it to the 3:00pm appointment before he gets off from work at 3:30pm. I guess they called my house number instead of my cell per instructions. I questioned why they did not call me cell per instructions and I told her this was disappointing considering they were a referral. Her response was we had a lot of cold people to help. I replied with, I am also one of those cold people. Did not get any better from that point, and since it was a Friday; I had to wait till Monday for them to come out. Sorry but I will have someone else earn my business.

Beware and stay away from this company. They have extremely poor workmanship, extremely poor customer service. I had a new heater installed and apparently they forgot to tape the ducting and it came apart. As you can see in the picture below, there are NO sign of tape to hold it together. See the sloppy mess that they left. No wonder my air conditioner has not been working properly. Now, they want $100 plus dollars to come out and connect it! Don't waste your time or money on this company.
