HVAC reviews in Santee, California

We interviewed 4 AC companies for a Carrier heat pump ac. The other 3 were well marketed in the area however, found them through the Carrier website as a local installer.
They are a local company without the marketing frills, by far the best in terms of fairness and great service and great product.
From the moment we met with Jason, to his install crew Brent & Louis whom went above the call of the job, as well as the service manager Gaylord, it was a positive experience. Oh yes, they cleaned up daily too!
We will use them again to replace our other ac system next year.

I would like to recommend quality air to all my friends , they did an outstanding work , had shoe covers very professional and knowledgeable.

They pulled a miracle. I'm not handy so I couldn't do this myself. Came in same day and professionally cleaned the dryer vent. I can finally do laundry without losing my sanity. Definitely recommend.

Did not complete job. Completely clogged dryer vent.FIRE hazard. Would not refund. Trust me, use a different service. Not worth 1 star. I question other reviews.

Scammers & lack of integrity, primary interest was in upselling products & said something was broken that wasn’t.
