We were having a problem with two Sycamore trees in our front yard. After receiving a strong recommendation from the manager of a local turf supply store, I called Mike Evans, owner of West Valley Spray. Mike responded immediately, and after having me describe the problem we were experiencing with our Sycamore trees, Mike explained that the problem was not likely to be what I had thought it might be, and went on to tell me why he came to this conclusion. Mike then made a couple of recommendations on what I could do on my own to determine the real cause of the problem, and how best to resolve it, and that was that.
In short, my conversation with Mike was both educational and very heart-warming. That Mike would take the time to speak with me for several minutes, diagnose the problem, and then send me on my way to resolve the issue on my own, and at no charge for his time, has caused me to write this review. Based upon the questions that Mike asked me, along with his recommendations, I am extremely confident that Mike's advice is right on the money, and I'm looking forward to having him help us to care for the many other trees on our property.

Michael and his team are true experts and very experienced. They are also pleasant to work with, polite and considerate. One massive differentiation that I noticed was that they went down in the crawl space and sprayed there which is where ants tend to come up into the house. They also sprayed the outside. Further, they did a light odorless "bate" type spray on the inside along all of the base boards so that any remaining ants would take the bate and go back to the nest thus wiping out the rest. Grateful for their help. 5 stars.

This is a huge bait and switch organization. I would not do business with them.

Suffice to say that I will never use this company again for any service. If you do, you will eventually understand why.

They left with dust, spots, nothing cleaned as expected. You can do that kind of job yourself. Totally waste of money!!!

Called these guys to clean my carpets based off a coupon they came out honored the coupons added a few add ons for extra stain removal and got the job done all in all very pleased they were still cheaper than competitors with superior service imho thank you tony and david

If I could give 0 stars I would. Saw an ad that said same day service so I called on Monday morning, they were not available Monday, so they schedule an appointment for Wednesday between 11-1pm. At 1230 I called to confirm, and they said they would be here at 1 for sure...OK...so I wait...at 1:44 I call and ask what's up, they assure me the technicians are in route. OK...I wait some more...its now 2:40 and I call numerous times and they stop taking my calls! CANCELED. I have stuff to do

Called quality off a Valpak coupon for carpet cleaning tony and David came to our home in San Ramon Ca they went over all our options they called us 30 minutes prior to give us a heads up all in all good service friendly techs thank you quality carpet care

best service ive had hands down great customer service tony can do what most cleaners couldnt. He quoted my options, explained everything to me in detail, i picked, they performed. all in all im happy A-Z. wlukd deffinitely recommend thank you Quality Carpet Care

I was very impressed with company. I've had so many bad experiences with others in the past. Scheduling was quick and easy. They arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again.

Originally was not pleased with the results BUT the Quality Carpet Care team showed exceptional customer service to correct a misunderstanding. I am very impressed with the level of care they went to to fix the situation. I am very pleased with the service.

Great company had them take care of my house first and then called them back for my office. Hassle free service with good quality work. Highly recommend.

This company gets ZERO stars. They came out steamed cleaned my carpet and it looked exactly the same as it did before they came. They ask you to sign a form that says unless you shampoo heavy soiling and stains will not come out. Why even steam clean? They should explain in detail the differences, and if you steam clean nothing will look cleaner. Very poor communication. In stead of making sure the customer is happy and satisfied, they just say well you signed the form that says your carpet will not be cleaned of heavy soil and stains. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLEANING COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Paid $300 for deep shampoo and was told guaranteed will get the strong smell off the carpet. Called four times and was told I will get a call back never did. I will not go thru with this company or deal with there crappy job.

Very dissatisfied with the service you have to offer. I am ultimately upset that I spent $300 on a couch that is still wet and after the benefit of a doubt, still dirty. All of your service attributes are fraudulent. Although your salesman was informative and a good speaker, I am infuriated that I spent so much money for a scab-like result for the duration of the ($309 to be exact) 45 minute experience. The sales tech sat on my front porch while the other used a wet vac to "shampoo" my couch. Additionally, they ran my garden hose and used the water I pay for to provide me with service (?)... Shoe covers and latex gloves we're left on my porch and overall it was a very bad experience. Being a service technician myself, I understand that your employees probably want to be home on a Saturday afternoon, but there is no reason to charge me $300 to vacuum my couch and leave my place a mess. I'm not rich.

will never use this company again. they rip you off by telling you that they are cleaning your grout but they are really steam cleaning it and on top of all that...if you complain, Tony will send you a nasty text message. He actually sent me 2 back to back. they also charged me $359.00 for grout cleaning that they did not use the grout brush machine...they only steamed cleaned it. They are just a big rip off's.... . I will never ever use this company. please read the reviews ....

Re Quality Carpet Care in Jan 2017. The ad says $45 for 2 room plus hallway. The person came and told me that is only for a 5 minutes job. If I really want the carpet clean, it would be about 4x the price using chemical or 6x the price involve scrubbing. Or about the cost of new carpet. I told him Get lost!
