They have always been very reliable and professional. In 1996 they repiped our 2 story house, starting Monday and completing the job by 5 on Friday as promised .
Since then I have used their services numerous times with the same timely efficent service. They are great!

Scott looked at my broken shower hot water control, and I gave him information about where to get the replacement part. However, after many months, he never got back to me and never returned my numerous telephone calls to find out why he stopped working on my shower problem. I consider this behavior very irresponsible. After this experience, I definitely do not recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing.
