I'm really happy I used Next Level Appliance Repair. I had three appliances that needed repair, and they were prompt and knowledgeable, managing to service all three. I highly recommend them.

Our out-of-warranty Fisher and Paykel refrigerator started leaking water. While we plan to redo our kitchen eventually, buying a new fridge now doesn’t make sense. Next Level Appliance Repair came to the rescue, fixing our fridge the same day we called them. You can't ask for better service than that!

we had to hire this company. after the technician left there was dirt on the floor, but that's okay the main problem is our washing machine flooded our neighbors below. they don't answer phone calls, they don't plan to cover the damage, I highly do not recommend using this company as a contractor for appliance repair

Excellent experience with this Service Provider. The initial phone call was friendly and professional. Our assigned Tech, Vince, was responsive over text and extremely familiar with our particular issue (Samsung fridge drainage). Vince arrived in the windows of time he promised, worked quickly & neatly, and explained the process well.

The repairman was excellent. He has come to the rescue on two separate occasions to fix two different issues with our Miele dishwasher. Honest, affordable service with very quick response times, and flexibility in scheduling. I defentely will use them again.

Our KitchenAid oven was losing temperature while on, and we noticed a gas smell when igniting it. Murat responded promptly and came by the next day to replace the faulty igniter. Excellent quick, friendly service.
