They are very responsive. Doug went the extra mile for me and showed up on a Saturday evening and made my repair instead of making me wait. Made the repair quickly and professionally. I got lucky this time and they showed up in my search for a HVAC repair company. I won't have to search next time, they're saved to my contacts and they're my guys from now on!

Great experience with Yes R and M. John was my technician. He was very professional and taught me how to maintain my unit. (I recently moved into my current unit.) I needed a new capacitor and a recharge. I was happy with the price and service.

I had a problem with the electrical breaker after the unit installed. Brian, the electrician came in and fixed it with no charge. He did a great job!

I am so blessed to find Yes R&M. The owner, Mr Douglas Schmitz, came to assess our old A/C and place. He then gave me a quote on a value A/C unit that he recommended, in which I agreed is best suitable for my residence and budget. He worked my budget to make sure we got the most bang for our buck. It was a tough installation service on the roof, and his men were excellent and went above and beyond. The foreman, Sam, and partner, Alex are impressive. Their conduct reflects on the value of their company, their A/C licensure, and their good character that you may hardly find this kind of quality and integrity these days.

Steve was our maintenance guy and he was excellent, very thorough, polite, and knowledgeable! For just a routine maintenance on our air conditioner, he left no stone unturned. 100% confident that we will use Yes R&M service forever! Thanks!

Wow, what a great job! On time and it works fantastic!
I smelled what I thought was an electrical fire in the neighborhood, little did I know it was my own Heater/AC blower unit going bad.

Our experience with Yes R & M was outstanding. Kim adapted to my unpredictable schedule. Doug is great and arrived on time. He quoted the Lennox SL280V furnace, and had a crew on site the next working day. Technicians Brian and Steven were also terrific. Performed a creative installation as heater footprints have changed quite a bit in 40 years. All is working well so far. Recommended.
