Not so 'RELIABLE'... my father, who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, called for their services yesterday evening (7/25/2024) as his AC was not blowing cold air. It's been in the mid to upper 90s all week. He was told they would arrive between 7pm-9pm. It was past 9pm when my father called again, only to be told he was still working and would be here shortly. At 10 p.m., I decided to call and let them know that if they weren't going to make it, we could look for someone else. It went straight to voicemail. I left a msg. Igor calls back and says he's finally on his way. Upon arrival, he gets out of his car in shorts and flip-flops. He "runs" diagnostics... my father is told it's the compressor and would make sense to replace the whole unit, including the coil. He was quoted around $7000.00, including parts and labor. Today, my father called Goettl in Simi. Tech arrived in a work van and uniform in boots. After running his diagnostics, my father is told that the filters are dirty and need replacing. My father paid $95 to Reliable for an unreliable diagnostic. Sounds like he was getting swindled. Igor did seem surprised when he saw me walk in... nice try, Reliable. Trying to swindle a man in his late 60s, who's been paying out of pocket for certain procedures for his CANCER TREATMENT. Save yourself the swindling from this company. I'd recommend anybody but these guys. Or, get a second opinion.. SHAME ON YOU, Reliable.

I called them after my heater stopped working. They came out that day and got my heater running in no time and at all. They explained everything to me and it was a reasonable price.

I had these folks come to my father's to help with a cooling problem. He was able to make a solid assessment which grounded that previous providers were not properly offering a satisfactory standard for care. I now have an outfit that I trust.

The worst at everything they attempt to do. It took them five days to come to my house when they guarantee 24 hours. Didn't do a thing! Blamed my refrigerator not working on the hot days we're having. Rude, lazy and inept. When I explained that the refrigerator wasn't cooling ,he told me to be quiet and shut up. I threw him out. Call someone else! Anyone else!

I had this company out to give me a quote to replace my AC unit. I had done my research and I only wanted a Carrier system. The man at this company claimed to be a Carrier dealer, but when I checked there reference with Carrier Corporation, I found out that they had lied. Carrier recommended that I only use a true dealer, perferably a Carrier President Award Winning Company. The man at All Valley was nice but, according to the manufacture, not qualified to install Carrier Products.

All Valley showed up super fast, had all the parts I needed and fixed my air in 30 mins!! I was panicking because I was having surgery in a few days and didn’t want to be without air and those guys made it so I didn’t have to worry for a second! I will absolutely be using them for future needs and REFERRING them to everyone I know! Thank you so much!!

All Valley Air installed new Heat and Air Conditioner system in our home, replacing the original systems that were over 35 years old.
