My floor heater did not work. Called Thistle plumbing who said there were gas leaks in the gas line. Paid $1000 to repair leaks and heater still not working.! Do not hire them!

Thistle Plumbing and Hydrojetting is excellent. They were fast to respond and quickly resleeved our sewer line where we had root intrusion and an eroded sewer line. We will be highly recommending Brian and his crew to friends and family in the future.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Frank was able to stop by on his way home to look at our busted shower. Three different plumbers said it would require us breaking into the wall (and tile) to fix the pipe, and $$$$. Frank took one look at it, grabbed a tool and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. I am so impressed by their honesty and professionalism and will use them for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you Thistle Plumbing!

Great service! Brian went above and beyond on the sewer inspection/video of the 100+ year old house I am purchasing. Upon arrival, we couldn't get into the basement due to the skeleton key sticking. He patiently worked with the lock for about 20 minutes until he was successful. The general sewer inspector wasn't able to get into the corroded pipe the previous day to perform an inspection, but Brian was able to open it without damaging it and successfully film the sewer line and provide me with helpful information on plumbing repairs and maintenance of the old home.

I really appreciate having the information he provided during my inspection period so I could make an informed decision on my home purchase. Highly recommend. Thank you!

My experience with Brian and Frank has been fantastic. High quality work with reasonable prices and great communication from start to finish. I’ve found the above qualities are often hard to come by with plumbers but these guys have exceeded my expectations.

Quick response, excellent work, very reasonable prices, really good guys, we have nothing but positive things to say about Thistle Plumbing. We have used Thistle on at least a half dozen projects in our house over the last few years, including installing several toilets, installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system in our kitchen, locating a leak under our sink and then replacing all the pipes, fixing a broken under-sink disposal system, and several other projects. I highly recommend Thistle, without reservation, for their professionalism and knowledge, and also for being very easy to work with. Before we worked with Thistle, our experiences with other plumbers were hit or miss. Thistle was great! Arrived on time, the morning after I called, did a great job replacing a broken ejection pump for a fair price, and were nice and communicative throughout!

I’ve called Thistle for help many times in the last few years for water heater repair at my condo, replacement at my mothers condo, toilet replaced, faucet replaced and a few other leaks and issues we’ve had over the years. Just last month he replaced a kitchen faucet. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brian and his team. None of my issues were emergencies however he always has it fixed the same day I contact him or the next morning, even during the busy season! And he’s just a cool guy, very straightforward, he never overcharges, EVER. And he plays with my dogs. I highly recommend. He has sent a team member in his place to fix an issue last year (I think his name was Juan?) and he was a wonderful help as well. I don’t like writing reviews but I do it when they are exceptional. Thanks Brian, keep up the good work.

We have had the opportunity to work with Brian at Thistle Plumbing on several occasions. Each and every time they were professional, timely and knowledgeable. They were fairly priced and never mislead us. I love the fact that he responds quickly no matter when we call. I highly recommend Brian and Thistle Plumbing.

I have utilized Thistle plumbing for the past 12 years and I plan to keep this company as my go to plumbers for as long as I live here. Brian, the owner, is always very responsive and willing to help. Whatever the job, he gets me scheduled quickly. Frank is my “go to”plumber and the only plumber I will use, besides Brian. Frank usually services South Pasadena. He is always so helpful, very knowledgeable and hard working. He’s installed a new gas water heater, installed water shut offs in my bathrooms and kitchen, changed the valves to my washing machine line, fixed my toilets, installed a water filter, etc. Frank is conscientious about his work and makes sure any job he does, big or small, is done right. As long as Frank is available, I will remain a loyal customer. I give Thistle plumbing 5 stars and highly recommend this honest and reputable company.
