Spoke with someone on the phone. I asked him for some information about him like does he have a license, is he insured and then he hung up on me. How rude!!!

This company was fantastic we were hesitant at first with some of the reviews but I’m glad we chose them Gustavo was there to answer all our questions we had , they we on time and did a Awsome job our pool was complete with in 3 days and we resurfaced and put in new tile. would recommend them to our family and friends

We set up an appointment with GD Pools and they were on time but actually only spent about 5 minutes and gave a us quote. They said they would email a formal quote over along with some samples. That was the last I saw or heard from them. It has been 2 weeks and I have received nothing from them. I have sent gone with another pool company and that company was here for about an hour, maybe more answering questions and going over everything. GD...you need to work on your professionalism and response to your customers. You lost out!

Had my pool re-plastered by GD's and they did an awesome job. From Karen who took measurements and gave us the quote, to Gustavo and the crew who did all the work..everything went smoothly. Took only a few days. Great price and excellent work! Highly recommend!

I recently had SP install a patio and walkway in my backyard. I had considered concrete but I preferred the look of the concrete pavers. I had a great consultation with Chris who helped me finalize the design and understand the process of installation and financing.
The installation started about 3 weeks later and took 3 days. Everyone was professional, skilled and courteous. I’m happy with the results.

The guys from System Pavers that did our yard did an amazing job and cleaned up great! I am so thrilled with their work!

Gary and Chris have since resolved this issue and restored my home back to it's original condition. Thank you both so much for fixing this and making it right!

I am extremely upset. Daniel Rabeshko has been terrible at communicating. There is major damage to the stucco on my home due to the pavers that were installed. I have been extremely patient for over 3 months. They sent out non-licensed men to "fix" it and they made it worse. I live in a brand new home and community and my house looks like it is from the ghetto! After this "fix" was done I reached out to Gary Goings and he jumped on it to take care of it. Gary has taken excellent care of me and I have zero complaints in regards to him. He had his manager Chris reach out on January 26th and he said he would handle getting this repaired correctly. It has been 2 weeks since this conversation and I haven't heard from him since. I wanted to have the other portion of my backyard done with them but I am so upset and never want to deal with this ever again. The first job I had done with this company went smoothly but after this second job with them I would never do business with System pavers ever again! Once the job is done, they don't care to fix the mistakes they made.
I would like the damages fixed to the original condition immediately! I would also like compensation for the time that I have been waiting!

Javier Rodriguez was the assigned project manager for the work done at my home. Mr.Rodriguez stated he would be available on-site and by phone to answer any questions from the beginning to the end he kept his word on that. Mr. Rodriguez was very courteous and helpful what an outstanding employee. Thank you.

Beau Johnston is without question an outstanding representation for System Pavers a company equally exceptional in their work performance. Personally can not rave enough for the follow up service I received from Beau. He was able to deliver because the company supports him to deliver customer satisfaction. Let me now rave about the excellent product provided by System Pavers. There are many competitors in this area, however I would challenge any of them to have made me a more satisfied customer.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Darryl McMillion on pricing, and he did a fantastic job at sketching out the design, and making sure no communication was lost. Darryl connected us with Javier Rodriguez, who is the project manager. Not only am I impressed with the high level of communication, but also attention to detail, and overall quality. We will definitely be reaching out to them in the future for phase 2 & phase 3 for our ideal backyard!!
