Dipty helped us remodel our bathroom for our challenging and unconventional home that came with its challenges. Dipty provided practical, functional and aesthetic bathroom solution by keeping in mind all aspects of design including - space utilization, light, utility and look and feel, per our taste.

Dipty has a keen eye for details, she is a problem solver and foresees challenges before they come up - something that only comes through experience. Dipty does not help resolve tactical short term design issues but provides holistic solutions for long term practical requirements that come up after a design has been implemented.

We have done total home remodel and our architect referred Dipty for interior design. Dipty has been really helpful and walked us through the process from the beginning.

Remodeling projects can very easily drain you out and also your relationships. I met Dipty from PSK InDesign llc at EZCabinets and loved her choices as she was helping other clients. We were already getting overwhelmed with the choices available, and so I approached her for our master bathroom project. She definitely was a god send angel as we went through the monstrous decisions of colors, tiles, cabinets, window designs, mosaic work, mirrors and more for our master bathroom project. Dipty is very creative and very responsive with a lot of patience navigating the multiple opinions. Highly recommend Dipty for any remodeling projects for her calmness and modern, pleasing designs.

RECOMMENDED! SERVPRO of Mountain View is definitely the company to use for damage remediation. We had a water leak that damaged the second floor and first-floor ceiling. Within a few minutes of contacting insurance company, I received a phone call from SERVPRO and had appointment scheduled. SERVPRO stayed in constant communication with me, made sure that everything was coordinated, and completed the remediation part of repair as quickly as my schedule allowed with an excellent quality. Everything was done as described. One happy customer!

Discovered water leak under dishwasher (my insurance don’t cover due to it’s considered seepage), Servpro Erik worked with insurance then me on the demo work and remediation. Edward and the other young guy helped minimize the demo while enough to dry out and remove mold. Edward also connected me with their reconstruction department for estimates and recommend home insurance company. Thanks so much for Erik, Ed and the young guy which I can’t remember your name!
Another note: A few months later, found insulation torn down not removed in crawl space, called Servpro, Ed came out took care of it promptly! A lot of other companies could just ignore you, not Servpro (Ed)! Impressed for how they handles it.

We had water damage from the heavy storm in February 2024. We called Servpro and Edward is the person who helped with this issue. He is very polite, on time, professional and quickly respond to our different requests. He provides solutions and really gave us good advices.

We had a sewer back up and flood our master bath and bedroom. Our insurance put us in touch with ServPro, and they have been very professional. They remediated the flooding right away by installing dryers and dehumidifiers, then they removed the soiled carpet, tiles, drywall and related. Each time they have been very courteous and professional, and have taken wonderful care of our uninsured home. Highly recommend!!!!
