Don’t trust this guy.
First he’ll make a deal with you and then he’ll ignore you completely and he’s not a man of his word. He lied to me in February when I called and asked “hey what happened you never called after coming out to estimate and saying you’ll take the job.” he replied that, I was in the schedule for April. I called in April and left a message with no response and now I’ll have to wait an entire year to get my tree cut by someone else.
What kind of a person is this guy. Forgetful jones the business man?
Basically it was like Blaahhh waiting and believing this guy.

Courteous, professional, efficient, and fair priced. I had a dead tree cut down, cut into logs, stacked, and the area cleaned up. They were careful to fall the tree so it wouldn’t damage any of the nearby structures. They were done and cleaned up in about 40 minutes. $300 for the job. They charged me a fair price. Other companies tried to charge me much more just because of the area I live in. I would 100% use them again and recommend their services.

Our trees were so in need of a cleanup, MW (William) did an outstanding job. True professional work in sculpting away the dead branches and leaving the tree with good shape for rebound next Spring. Another plus, excellent work on the cleanup too. They gave good counsel on what to look for in the future and possible need for removal due to disease noted. MW will be the only tree service I will use going forward.

William and his crew did an excellent job trimming 8 huge elm trees on our property. The elm trees hadn’t been trimmed in over 20 years and were a mess. MW Tree Service trimmed them up expertly. It was a HUGE difference! I wish I would’ve taken before/after pics. William and his crew were polite, respectful, and reliable. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Removed 4 trees and ground 2 stumps in my yard. I would use MW over anyone else in the Susanville area any day of the week. Expert service!

I highly recommend MW Tree Service. We had a dead pine tree threatening a structure on our property. I called for a free estimate and William had it ready the same day. The quote was fair and reasonable. He downed the tree quickly and safely. He was able to schedule in less than a week. He probably could have done it sooner but it was during the holidays.
On top of all that, he's a nice guy.
