We have been using US AIR for a few years now and the service has always been top notch. Quick to address any questions and communication is what you would hope for in a distribution partner. They keep you informed of new products and services and always available when you need them.

If your using a supply house this is the one to go to. This branch of us air is the best. They are helpful, knowledgeable and under stand customer service. Tim Horner is the reason we starting doing business with us air and he turned us onto this branch. Mayra and Russell know how to take care of their customers. Other branches could learn from them.

Scheduled within a reasonable time. Showed up on time with notice when he was on the way. Repair was completed quickly and for much less than I expected. The technician was very careful in the house.

Third Generation Heating and Air Conditioning is the best company I have ever hired! They are efficient, kind and very knowledgeable!

We had an A/C condensation plate that leaked through our ceiling and all over the house. We tried to go through another company our home warranty company assigned to our claim. That company was horrible.... so we called Third Generation! They came out same day, did not oversell us or try to commit us to work that didn’t need to be done. They were quick, reliable, honest and so helpful in a stressful situation! Hopefully we don’t have further issues with our A/C, but if we do, we feel very secure knowing that we found Third Generation for all our service needs.

I highly recommend Third Generation Heating & Air Conditioning. My heater stopped working overnight and I contacted Sierra first thing the next morning. She had a tech out to my house within 2 hours. Caleb is very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and provided excellent repair services. I will definitely use them again.
