Exceptional service, all around!

My concern were carpenter bees that were building nests in an eave above our front door.

I called Fernando on a week night & after discussing the issue (yes, he answered on the first call!), he gave me an estimate. He arrived on time the next day as scheduled, did a thorough visual inspection of the entire house fascia, then worked on the main area - cleaning the dirt, sealing the holes with before and after photos & video.

Fernando is professional, pleasant and cares about the quality of his work - and it shows. I highly recommend him.

I was cleaning up in the backyard when I noticed some bees going in and out of a small hole in the wall. I called Fernando (during the busiest time of the year!), sent him some footage, and he got back to me very quickly and came out the next day. He was so thorough with explaining bees and how they set up, and things I could do to prevent them from returning. Fernando was extremely communicative throughout the removal, sending me photos and footage of the process. While they were here, they also removed a couple small wasp nests that were hanging off of an eave. I'm so grateful for Busy Bee Removal, and I highly recommend them!

What could have been a disastrous Thanksgiving was quickly remedied by Busy Bee Removal, and we could have not have asked for a better experience. The morning before Thanksgiving we noticed a random bee flying in our kitchen. As time went on, more continued to come in through the oven hood as we were starting to get ready to host Thanksgiving dinner. Before we knew it, we had over a dozen bees in our kitchen, and more swarming outside above the house. We didn't know who to call, but thankfully I got a hold of Fernando at Busy Bee and he was at our house in a few hours.

He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what he would be doing. During the process, he also noticed some open vents where rodents could enter our attic and he quickly covered those as well.

By the time he left, we were free of bees, I feel relieved that the open vents are now covered, and we can get back to focusing on Thanksgiving.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Excellent customer service and communication! I contacted the company through Yelp to get a quote for a bee hive removal. Fernando responded promptly and answered any questions I had. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out promptly!

COMPLETION OF JOB: There were two hives that needed to be removed. Fernando and his team used a thermal camera to locate the hives to see how big they were. They removed the hives and sealed the areas so bees would not return. They do not repair or paint. Fernando anticipated having to cut out a piece of the plywood/roof, and it was possible that a hole would be left behind, which would have to be patched by someone else. However, his team cut and was able to replace the plywood and seal it.

CLEANLINESS: The team arrived and prepped the area. After completion, the team swept and washed the area. I saw some residue honey/liquid and contacted Fernando and he sent a team member the same day to clean it!

PROFESSIONALISM: Fernando was prompt, polite, and provided me with his business license and liability insurance when requested (required for HOA to approve vendors).

I highly recommend Busy Bee Removal and would contact them again if needed!

Great with tailoring and everyday wear clothing. Unfortunately she advised that she handle my Ca king comforter and wool blanket as an expert in these and both shrunk significantly. She wouldn’t recognize and acknowledge this. I had to purchase new ones and they were not inexpensive to replace.

Amazing customer service, and the clothes come back smelling fresh instead of like chemicals! My first experience was when I took a few dresses in and needed one the next day for an event (it was already late on Friday). She couldn't guarantee that it would be ready (which I was ok with and completely understood, because it was my fault for waiting until the last minute). However, to my surprise she called me the next day saying the dress was ready! So grateful to have a neighborhood dry cleaners that's green and customer focused!

All 5 Star Reviews? Really? I better check out this store. So after my experience, I can only conclude that the previous reviews were wrong....They all should have been 10 STARS. I'll definitely be back. Jasmine and her business are the Real Deal! Live these guys

Started out great, service was excellent, then they changed the service guy, ok for a while but slowly service got worse and worse, pool not cleaned properly and then nickel and dimmed to death.

Friendly service, Kirby always responds in a timely matter. I've had a couple different of his pool guys come to my pool for cleanings, repairs etc, they all were very knowledgable of what they were doing. Would recommend.

I would advise anyone considering working with Kirby pools to reconsider their decision. Shawn Kirby has failed to complete our project after nearly 2 years. There are numerous components of our pool's systems that were either installed improperly or not installed at all. Mr. Kirby is unwilling to even acknowledge any mistakes, let alone remedy them. He actively avoids making good on his commitments. His latest tactic to is avoid even picking up the phone. In short, he is not an honorable businessman in our experience. You have many options on the Peninsula. Avoid Kirby Pools at all costs.

Steve of Kirby's Pools has been servicing our old pool for several years. Despite the pool's age, Steve has helped keep it clean and sparkling, and has maintained our ancient valve system. Kirby's won't oversell you on service, and they charge fair prices for the level of service you get. They are always on time, communicate clearly, and respond to panicked texts or calls when you see water starting to spout out of your pool equipment pipes over a holiday weekend. Steve also is super kind to our little dog, who runs to greet him every week.
