I have had the pleasure of working with several members of the team at Ross Construction Management on multiple projects across different communities this past year, and they consistently deliver exceptional service.

Jackie Heitman managed a community repaint and wood repair project, handling scope creation, bidding, and construction oversight. She made a complex ten month project feel seamless. Jackie navigated difficult challenges with professionalism, worked directly with homeowners, and consistently attended board meetings to provide updates and answer questions. Her attention to detail and dedication made a noticeable difference in the project’s success.

Since March 0f 2025 I have worked with Brandon Reddick on a 237 unit SB326 deck and stair repair and resurfacing project, as well as wood and trim repairs. Brandon managed the project flawlessly, even while the community simultaneously undertook a full repaint with another vendor. He saved the association thousands of dollars by conducting weekly site visits and coordinating directly with the coating manufacturer to address potential quality concerns. Brandon’s consistent presence at board meetings, one-on-one interactions with homeowners, and regular site inspections ensured every detail was carefully managed.

I am currently working with Matt Nawabi on a slope stabilization project that had been in progress for years before we became involved in community in the spring of 2025. In just seven months, Matt’s guidance and expertise helped the community engage vendors, finalize contracts, secure permits, and prepare to move forward with construction. He also navigated challenging situations with homeowners who need to temporarily relocate, handling every conversation with patience, professionalism, and care that exceeded expectations.

While vendor selection is not my responsibility as a property manager, so I am extremely grateful that these boards chose Ross Construction Management. Their team makes complex projects far more manageable and ensures a smooth experience for both boards and homeowners.

Many board members do not fully appreciate the value of a skilled construction manager until challenges arise. I can confidently say that Conor Ross and the team at Ross Construction Management are an exceptional resource, and I highly recommend their services for large-scale projects.

Ross Construction Management recently completed a year‑long wood and deck inspection/repair project at Palm Court, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience we had — especially thanks to our project manager, Brandon.

From day one, Brandon was a steady, reliable presence through every twist and turn of this very large and complex project. We all know the success of a project depends on the manager in charge, and Brandon proved that to be absolutely true. He became the embodiment of Ross Construction Management for us — the person who showed up, followed through, and kept the entire project moving.

I’ll admit, I didn’t fully understand the value of having a dedicated project manager at the start. Watching Brandon in action changed that completely. He was everywhere — climbing ladders, inspecting every balcony and every repair, even when dealing with an injured foot — and he never missed a detail.

What truly set him apart was his professionalism and attitude. He was patient, kind, and respectful with our residents, and he consistently kept Palm Court’s best interests front and center. He helped us save money on the wood repairs, and even when unexpected deck issues arose, his experience and problem‑solving gave us confidence we were making the right decisions.

Brandon cared about the work, cared about our community, and stayed fully engaged from start to finish. Because of him, a long, disruptive project felt manageable and well‑run.

We are genuinely grateful for his dedication and highly recommend Ross Construction Management — and Brandon in particular — for any community or HOA project.

I, agree dealing with 2 sub contractors who are more sub than contractors questionable characters and not familiar with the truth at all, they have made 2 appointments and have not kept them evasive untrustworthy.

Trash work, hires bottom of the barrel subcontractors, and dodge all accountability. They contract with HOAs as to have minimal accountability with the homeowners.

Very professional. Responded to my leaking roof at our warehouse and had people on site in a couple of hours. This was all during the atmospheric river in Southern California. Was able to fix the leaks in a couple of hours with no down time to the client. Thank you so much again for a great job!

We tried to convince ourselves that they are just too busy to respond after our HOA confirmed they are the company that will do our repipe.

Then they must be extremely hold-breathe busy.

Because they never respond the call and the voice mail box is full. That's fine, but they never respond email, and when they do, they just wanted to tell you what they planned but never let you tell your own availability.

So, a 4 day job becomes a two week job. That is spectacular actually.

I know our HOA is cheap-oriented, but at least this Ross Construction can try to simply respond one, just one, one email so we don't have to wait for so long and find out the painters, pipers and patchers are not coming.

Paige in Ross Construction told us that the contractors are very hard to control, first I don't believe. Because from my conversation with those gentlemen they seem to be hard working enough and treasure they jobs, and second, she can actually just respond one email so we don't have to wake up so early and get everything ready @ 730AM. She seems to be a good person, but it is very frustrated if you are a coordinator but you don't get the only one job done well.

A fairly disappointed company without good management.

Ross Construction was hired to manage our painting project of 164 homes here in Costa Mesa. We could not have been happier! The owner, Conor Ross, is a pleasure to work with, passionate about his job, knows the business and sincerely wants the best for his clients. Eric was assigned to our community and was a clear reflection of the company. Eric was extremely respectful of our homeowners as well as dedicated to the hard job at hand. He faced the difficult challenges head on. He was responsive, knowledgeable, respectful...just plain excellent at his job.
We can’t thank them enough for helping us thru what could have been a nightmare of a project.
    Thank you Ross Construction Management!

    1. Reason for Selection and Future Use
The board selected RCM because of their strong project management approach, clear communication style, and competitive proposal. Their ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain timelines was a key factor. Yes, the community would consider using them again for future projects, especially those involving structural repairs or complex coordination.

    2. Challenges and RCM’s Response
As with most construction projects, there were challenges related to scheduling and unforeseen conditions once work began. RCM handled these effectively by communicating options promptly, documenting issues, and helping the board make informed decisions without unnecessary delays.

    3. Project Manager Coverage
A project manager was assigned, they were responsive and organized. Communication was timely.

    4. Workload Awareness
The project manager oversaw several projects concurrently. Despite that, they maintained regular site visits and consistent updates. The key was maintaining clear communication with the board to keep priorities aligned.

    5. Biggest Impact and Opportunities for Improvement
RCM’s biggest impact was providing structure and accountability—keeping contractors on track and ensuring documentation was complete and transparent.

    6. Overall Satisfaction and Value
Overall, the community is satisfied with the results and feel the project management fees were justified by the time saved, reduced stress, and improved coordination across vendors.

I can't say enough great things about Ross Construction Management. Conor and his team are currently managing our roof project and will also handling our siding & paint project. As a Community Manager I work with many different types of contractors and vendors. Ross Construction Management has been amazing in navigating through one of my roof and siding projects. Educating the Board of Directors and guiding management through the process. Their team is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend contracting with Ross Construction Management if you have a project coming up and need a construction manager.

We cannot say enough about Ross Construction Management that helped us with our wood and paint project for our condo community. Matt Nawabi, the project manager did an outstanding job for our community. He came to our Board meetings and answered all the Board questions, taking the time to explain everything in detail because we had a lot of questions!! Matt is extremely professional, courteous and very detailed orientated which is important when getting so much work done. I really appreciated that. Matt was always very responsive to our emails and our property manger. We are very grateful to Ross Construction and Matt Nawabi. We highly recommend them!!!!!

Ross Construction Management has proven to be a highly valued and trusted consultant to our HOA executive board, consistently serving the best interests of the association and its stakeholders.
It was my privilege to collaborate directly with their team during my three-year tenure as a board member and treasurer. Their exceptional professionalism, combined with extensive industry expertise, enabled our association to successfully navigate and complete complex, seemingly daunting projects with confidence and precision.
The firm's diverse skill set and deep knowledge of the field supported us at every stage, including project assessment, strategic planning, accurate cost estimating, contractor selection, and diligent oversight of remediation and construction activities.
Working closely with Matt Newabi and principal Conner Ross, they played an instrumental role in presenting challenging projects to HOA stakeholders. Their clear, comprehensive, and accessible presentations ensured that both the board and community members fully understood the issues, proposed solutions, and expected outcomes.
Thanks to their guidance and expertise, our board was able to proceed with every initiative with a high degree of certainty, confident that we were consistently pursuing the most appropriate and effective solutions for our community.

TOP NOTCH ! The gate to our front courtyard entrance all of a sudden stopped opening and shutting with ease about a month ago. God only knows why after 20 months since we moved in here that the gate would stop working properly.....maybe too many Amazon, UPS, Fedex and USPS deliveries. WHATEVER ! Now every man and his dog is leaving the gate ajar or slamming it shut like we do. FIX IT FREDDY ! And to make matters worse there is a nasty rusted rail that connects the bottom of the gate to our exterior garage wall. Luckily one day recently I ran into Cathy ( on the board of the association ) with Eric Ortan ( a construction guy that does lots of repairs and fixes for the association ) out the front of our place. I said to Cathy that the front gate has stopped working properly....Eric said I can fix that. HALLELUJAH ! So I asked him to drop by asap and give us a quote...2 quotes actually. One to simply get the gate opening and shutting again with ease and another which would include replacing the rusty rail below. We went with the total fix and teed up the repair for 10am today. Eric and his co-worker were on the job the second they arrived. After a couple of hours of welding and cutting metal the gate was functioning perfectly again. Maybe even better ! They even painted the repaired or replaced bits and fixed the stucco around the join to the garage wall. Eric the boss is a very easy guy to get along with and charges reasonable prices. VERY PROFESSIONAL WORK !
