I had a wonderful experience with Rush Electrical Service Tustin yesterday. I called them for the replacement of my outlet, and they addressed it perfectly. The dispatcher gave me a good schedule that was very convenient for me. Their electrician showed up on time and completed the repair in no time. Surely won't hesitate to call this company again!

Scheduled the service very quickly. Salvador was prompt on arrival, within the time period given. However, the service was terrible. I explained the problem as I did when I made the appointment. He provided no solution to the problem. He provided no diagnosis of the problem. He told me that he needed to be at my place when the problem occurred in order to figure it out. This was impossible because my refrigerator breaker would trip some time between 12 and 24 hours after I plugged in the refrigerator. He said there was nothing he could do. I believed that an electrician could diagnose the problem which is why I called an electrician. The next day, a different electrician came to my place and fixed the problem.

I was very impressed by how fast this company fixed my breaker that wouldn’t reset. The electrician worked efficiently and had everything done in less than an hour. The service was excellent, and I’ll be recommending them to others.

Met Remon today and he's just a quality person. These reviews couldn't be more spot on. Left him a VM and he called me back within 30 mins and scheduled to come same day. He not only gave us a quote for the service we needed (fan installations) but one of the smaller issues he did on-site saying "I have the tools in my car, give me 5 mins."

He was very respectful of our home and family. Several times he stopped and asked if I could move something because he didn't want to touch anything belonging to the children out of respect and to ensure safety.

I have been looking for an electrician to install my Video doorbell, as well as several smart switches. I had received a few quotes, and to be honest the range of quotes and professionalism of the respondents were all over the place. After reviewing different review sites, and gave Remon a call, and based on his responsiveness, understanding of the request, and pricing we decided to move forward with our project. He arrived on time, was very tidy with his workspace(cutting drywall is never neat), and made sure everything was working as expected.
