Shoutout to White Rose Landscaping – masters of doing just enough to call it “landscaping.”

Last year, they pulled out a perfectly healthy tree. This year, they left a derooted one barely standing after I had to bungee cord it myself. Their expert fix? Chop a few branches and call it a day. 🙃 Tree's still one gust away from flattening someone.

The side yard? Iconic. Dead grass, dog poop galore, and sprinkler lines just chilling above ground like modern art.

But hey—nature-conscious, right? 🤡
Glad our complex is paying top dollar for this premium neglect.

Great warranty on their trees and plants, if they die being them back, simple as that

Every thing looks good and not a lot of garden stuff to buy plants based on season...

However they are friendly and helpful

The store is very nice. Garden space ia very huge. You will get all items related to home improvement.its one of th best location. It op n on sunday at 9pm

I WENT to get some
Thing's to extend out my gutter outflow pipe to street gutter & waited 30minutes stoping many workers who said"they will be right back" I WENT TO SERVICE DEST & TERESA-sp? from there WENT BACK WITH ME & I WAS OUTOF THERE!! I WAS ALWAYS AT HOMEDEPOT FOR ALL MY HOUSE REPAIRS BUT ? As go again BUT YOUR WORKER SAVED MY NIGHT SO I'LL SEE! SHE GETS 10 stars
from me ! OTHER WORKERS-0!

Absolutely ridiculous service. I waited for 45mins for someone to cut my lumber so it would fit in my car. After 45 mins and 6 announcements no one showed up.
Not going to be coming back to this Home Depot.

So I came here recently to get a propane tank. I was walking to the cashier to ask where I can purchase a propane tank as it's my first time buying one. On my walk there I ran into an employee a short guy with dyed blonde or bleached hair on top his head and I ask him politely if he can help me as I am looking for the propane tanks so I may purchase one and this employee seemed a bit bothered by me asking but he answered my question. He tells me I need to go to slf checkout and ask the person there that I want to purchase one. Keep in mind we are both heading to that direction and are pretty much maybe 12 to 15 steps away from the self checkout area. Anywas I kept walking as did he. Again we are heading the same direction but he's walking a bit faster and manages to stay ahead of me about 5 steps if I had to guess. Turns out he was going to talk to the self check out person who's sitting on the chair and is overseeing the self check out the same person he told me to go ask. So I think okay he got there first and maybe he's gona let her know that I'm looking for a propane tank so I stay a bit behind as there are ppl using the self checkout and dont want to be in the way. Anyways the employee ends up chatting it up with the self checkout person and they laughing and it's like 3 maybe 4 mins I'm think he probably told her about the tank and I don't want to interrupt. they finish talking and the employee just passes me and he never even told the self check out lady anything about what I was looking for. Honestly this wouldn't have bothered me if it wasn't for how he answered my questioned all bothered and just didn't seem to care at all. Also all this happend inbetween me waiting for another employee to come help me with a huge purchase for the last 16 to 20mins which they actually forgot about me. I will say though the customer area was really nice and they did help me when I was dealing with them. Although I might just go to one of the many other home depots next time. I would give one star bit customer service was really nice so I'll give 2. Also side note I almost got tired of waiting for th employee who was sent to help me with my large purchase and almost left the store without buying anything but I let customer service now and they had someone finally meet me.

Can’t say poor service since we were not acknowledged or helped. Do better. We had every intention of making an appliance purchase today and two employees were busy talking to each other or just ignoring us.
Going to Lowe’s and giving our business there instead.

Eugene and his team did an amazing job on my front and backyard .
They were professional , timely , and did good quality work .
He was attentive to details and worked with my plans and was creative with his suggestions .
His pricing was much better than others as well .
Definitely would use him again and recommend him to others who need help with with their landscaping !
