We've been struggling with a solar system that hasn't worked since Sunpower went bankrupt. It has been extremely frustrating to say the least. Our Tech, John Sosa, was a real God send! Finally!! We purchased our SunPower Solar System which was activated 1 1/2 years ago. About 6 months after activation, SunPower filed bankruptcy, and we had difficulty getting the glitches taken care of. We hired a company to help service it, and they were awful…. Trying to sell us new parts that were not compatible with our system. Finally Greenconvergence was granted the ability to communicate with the original SunPower system, and Tito came out today to address our problems. He was immediately able to get our battery system back online, and he started the warranty replacement request for the 15 of 40 micro inverters that failed. Tito is very knowledgeable and professional!! I highly recommend Greenconvergence for your solar repair!!!

John Sosa was incredible. We've been waiting for Sunstrong to have our batteries commissioned for months. Finally they contacted Green Convergence who scheduled John with us immediately. John spent all day trying to troubleshoot our batteries but it seemed that our batteries needed to be RMAd. It bothered him so much he said he was thinking about it at night and he talked to some friends of his and wanted to come back and try one last thing. Sure enough he got the batteries up and running and finished the commissioning of our system. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Fantastic guy and incredibly dedicated to doing the job right. Thanks John!!

Aaron completed the solar troubleshoot maintenance service. Aaron contacted me to let me know the time frame he would arrived. He arrived within that time frame.
He was efficient, thorough, and provided me detailed information on how my solar panels were working. Upon arrival he informed me about how long it would take for the service. Jesus Roth made significant repair to our Sun Power solar installation. Many of the micro inverters were not working or performing marginally, they were replaced. Some electrical connectors were repaired or replaced. The system was tested and verified to be performing properly. We see a big jump in production on our app. Thank you Jesus for a very professional job.

It's nice to have a tech come out that is knowledgeable with the equipment that needs to be worked on. John Sosa was able to determine very quickly which microinverters were bad and ordered replacements and found issues with our previous installers to address. When the replacement inverters come in, I would like to request John Sosa to come out again to have those replaced. Thank you.

John quickly identified multiple issues left behind by the original installer (Sea Bright Solar) and resolved them all in a single day. Green Convergence is the place to go for your solar needs. Our inverters had gone bad. Green Convergence ordered new ones for us, and they were under warranty. The technician who came to replace them, Francisco, did an outstanding job. He was polite, professional, and thorough.

The Green Convergence team was consistently in communication with me, the people performing the labor and the ones in the office. They have suggestions of city/state/US programs that offers discounts for solar and roofing projects. If and when they had a challenge they were honest and discussed it with me. They answered the phone returned calls promptly. Also, they called after installation to ask about my satisfaction with the system and it's performance. I'm happy.
