Jeff Wagner: Skilled, Professional and Friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything well. He attended to my requests for vacuuming the bottom of my compressor before washing it thoroughly (so it was not left with wet leaves and detritus in the bottom); and, he abided my instruction for where to wash down my grimy squirrel cage. I will request Jeff for future service calls.

Jeff and Yadi were very complete and thorough in their check out of our equipment. They explained results clearly to us. Very happy with our service. We have been customers for 12 years.

We scheduled a service call with Aire Serv who responded quickly. On the agreed day at the agreed time, Jason Beck, their amiable technician arrived & dove into the task forthwith. Conscientious, knowledgeable, respectful, the tech diagnosed the issue swiftly. Within an hour, he had our split system running perfectly. This tradesman exhibited a strong command of the industry. Aire Serv has been excellent! From the moment I called to the moment the Technician arrived, Jason arrived promptly and prepared. One thing I really appreciated was that every time he came into the house or walked on our carpet, he put on boot covers so he wouldn't track dirt or insulation around the house. Jason diagnosed the issue very quickly and had different options for me. I also liked that Jason is a local guy who grew up in Jackson, and we were even able to pick out some mutual friends. All in all, great service, excellent knowledge, and homegrown talent!

Every experience with this company has been a positive one. Everyone is nice, polite, and clean. They show up when they say and get the job done. Jason Beck is our main Technician. He is awesome! He’s very informative and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

What a great experience, Walid B. is an amazing Technician. I’m a very hard person to impress, but his knowledge made one of the biggest critics feel comfortable. He had my unit up and running in no time. Polite & knowledgeable. I’ll be asking for him by name for any future HVAC needs.

I am absolutely blown away with Brian, Bailey and their entire team!! Even the call center was exceptional and reached Brian immediately. It was Christmas week and our cabin heater was not working. Brian not only spent and hour walking me through some complicated steps with perfect, calm directions for troubleshooting possible problems that might lead to a quick solution, but when that didn't work he got us immediately on his schedule after I explained that my grand babies and elderly parents would be meeting us up there for Christmas. He, then, made a second trip up to check it the next day just for my own peace of mind as I was contemplating cancelling our family reunion. I am beyond impressed. Now if he would only open an appliance repair, transmission repair and landscape company I'd be set!!

Mr. Joe Dinner was knowledgable, courteous, and very professional. He got our system up and running again without any sales pitches. Told us exactly what we needed and did quality work. He is always welcome back to our home.

Our HVAC system was 21 years old and antiquated. For the last three years, we had been putting bandaids on it to limp it through each season. I had called Aire Serv of the Gold Country after the HVAC system was not able to cool the house past 88° to see if they could fix it. They had come responded timely and were very communicative about their arrival. After their technician did everything he could to limp the system possibly through another summer, he had told me that it was on its last legs and should be replaced soon. They had set me up with a consultation with their sales guy Brent who came out and was very professional and explained everything in great detail about the life expectancy of our current system, the energy that it was producing (and wasting) to run it and the potential savings of replacing it with a new system. I had pretty much already decided that it was gonna happen and agreed to have a new 4 zone mini split system installed. This happened on Thursday August 21. My wife is a night shift ER nurse at the local hospital, the following week the heat was supposed to get into the upper 90s and Aire Serv sent their team on Tuesday morning to start the installation.
Their installation team (Ignacio, Trever and Mickey) were extremely professional, super nice, and extremely efficient. The heat wave was to start on Thursday. They had the new system up, the old system out and the new system running before Thursday afternoon. I cannot begin to explain how nice it was to feel the nice cool air in the house. Our house (I felt) was a logistical nightmare for running mini splits, but they did it, everything looks professional and amazing and our house is staying nice and cool. I have an app on my phone that told me my old HVAC system was pulling 3.5KW when running and costing me over $500 a month to run. Once the new mini splits were installed, I turned them all on and with all 4 zones running, they were pulling 1.5KW and the house was cooler than it's ever been. Yes......mini splits were not the cheapest option but for our house, they were the best option. Aire Serv was the best! I seriously don't think I will have any more heat and air problems for the remainder of my life (I hope) but from here on out, Aire Serv of the Gold Country will be the people we call!!!!

Robert Pineda did a great job diagnosing what was wrong with our A/C and got it up and running in no time on a day we are expecting over 100°! He also offered us fair and reasonable advice about our aging system. Last thing - The service is superior-Air Serve comes out right away when we call with a problem and it’s fixed.

A couple years ago we were having AC issues. Other companies tried to sell us a new unit which wasn't necessary. Brian is a knowledgeable mechanic and was able to diagnose and repair the problem - not requiring a brand new unit. Today, we were having issues with our AC. Given the current weather I am sure Brian is very busy, but Brian jumped right in and got the AC back up and running! This guy is top notch, has excellent customer service, is extremely knowledgeable, is prompt and very reliable. If you are in need of service, Brian is definitely the man for any job!

Joe, my service technician, showed up on time ready & willing to get to work. He was clean-cut and professionally well-dressed. He carries much skill & knowledge about AC systems and took the time to demonstrate and explain to me the problem and solution. He also provided recommendations for future improvement & care for our unit. Joe had a good demeanor throughout working the job, which is an A+ for me because last thing I want to do is to make someone feel guilty for coming out to help me. Some workers seem to get very stressed, frustrated, angry and speak foul-language during jobs and I don’t like those kind of service techs. Lol!

Jeff Wagner went above and beyond with helping change my filters. Due to the dryer vent not working. All the lint went to my intake filter. Unfortunately I didn’t get a before picture but it was a half an inch of dust. I didn’t even notice. Jeff did and he changed it for me!!! Great customer service!
