They allegedly detected a gas leak, switched off our ac unit, and then presented us with extravagant quotes for repair or replacement, leaving us with a hot house in Valley Village. I knew we required a second opinion and a colleague suggested Jamie and Erik. Jamie's quote for a replacement ac unit was thousands less than the previous one. He also dispatched Erik to double-check for a gas leak before proceeding with the ac unit replacement. Erik inspected for a gas leak and any other significant problems.
