Our apartment was flooded and all my rugs were totally wet. The musty smell was unbearable and I imagined that it would be necessary to do a remodeling job because our floor is made of wood. I sought professional help and called Tip Top Restoration: my water damage issue needed real professionals. Fortunately they have the necessary equipment to take care of any problem. They extracted all the water in our rugs, eliminated the bad smell and applied chemical solutions to protect the affected areas. Every penny I paid was worth it, without any doubt!

My family and I moved out town to visit my grandparents and when we returned our whole house was flooded. Our toilet tube broke and our furniture was covered with water. There was a very unpleasant musty odor and we did not find out how to remove it. I asked for technical water damage assistance after which I called Tip Top Restoration. Although it was Sunday, they reacted with no problems to our emergency and in under an hour every professional staff came to my home to solve everything. I loved the job they did.

My kitchen and other areas of my house was flooded by my dishwasher. My insurance company sent out a company who presented a very quick and hasty work plan for the restoration. I contacted and met with Chris Ulloa from Tip Top for a second opinion and realized the difference between a quick fix by the insurance company and a very knowledgeable and thorough job from Tip Top, so I hired Tip Top. Everything was safely packed, pictured and labled by Tip Top before going to storage. Chris was on the site daily and made sure my kitchen was properly dried and inspected. He explained every detail step by step and answered all of my questions about the process.
Thanks to Chris, my wife and I are blessed to have selected Tip Top and not used the referral by my insurance company. We would highly recommend Chris and his team at Tip Top!!!!!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous! We spent almost nothing to reduce the mold at home. We had Chris from TipTop Restoration inc over the last week, who proved to be a true expert in mold removal. Just a few hours after the appointment, he sent me a highly educational email that included material and a video about mold growth and mold removal. We could have saved money lost if we had engaged TipTop Restoration's services years ago.

They sent over some people that didn’t speak a drop of English. Nobody updated us on what was going on or what was being fixed. They left and said they were coming back the next day. The next day came around and nobody showed up. Tried to call them early morning, 1) the extension for existing clients transfers to a disconnected number. 2) the extension for new clients goes through but the lady who picked up the phone sounded confused, and like she just woke up and like the number was a google voice number. She took my name and number down for a call back and nobody called back to update us. Sat around our home until 2 pm just for them to say that they didn’t have anyone available to come today so they’ll be coming in the morning. Now we are stuck with a high electric bill, no communication. Let’s see if someone shows up today at all. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We are only going through them since our property manager contracted them through insurance.

I would strongly advise against using this company.They were extremely unprofessional and provided a very disappointing service. My general contractor recommended them to help with water damage in my penthouse. However, when they arrived, only two workers who did not speak English showed up to demolish my ceiling. The leader was an hour late.

When he is here, I voiced my concerns about the lack of personnel, they simply walked away. This left me in a difficult position, especially since I had an adjuster meeting scheduled for later that day. It was an unbelievable and frustrating experience that I would not want anyone else to go through.

Tip Top Restoration has been absolutely the Best. They are organized, extremely careful with protecting the house and the items they are packing up. We just unpacked and not a single item was broken. They are efficient and accommodating. I can’t speak highly enough of this team!

I have owned my house for seven years and for the last three years I have had the same leak in the dining room and really didn't think of it as a priority issue. I dropped off my son at his friends house and came home to find that the roof had collapsed and there was water everywhere in my dining room and even the kitchen. I called my contractor that I have known for a while and when I needed someone to fix the water damage in my floor he recommended TipTop Restoration. I called them and they were able to set an appointment the next day, which was reasonable because i needed the workers to still pick up the residue left from the roof. The next day they came fifteen minutes early which eased my stress due to the contractors working on my exposed roof which made it hard for me to stay there so I had to stay at my parents house for a couple of weeks until the repairs were done, it was a very anxious and tedious process. We discussed the prices very briefly, it was a good cost that I could afford. They got to work right away! No smoke breaks or lounging around to consume anymore time. I needed this done fast, simply enough because I need a place to stay and didn’t want to stay at my parents crowded house any longer. Got the water out quickly and efficiently as possible before the water can damage the floor and the foundation under the dining room and kitchen. They used high powered dryers to warm up the floor diligently. Within three weeks they finished almost the same time as the contractors fixing the roof which was basically killing two birds with one stone. Thanks TipTop Restoration

Please do not use these people to restore anything in your home. They are just out to get money from the insurance. I had a leaking pipe in my kitchen and when the coordinator Chris came out, he said we needed to remodel everything in the kitchen. The only thing that was damaged was the wood under the sink. When he said remodel everything I got skeptical of his response. They came and placed 4 humidifiers running 24 hours and now I’m stuck with a high electricity bill. Chris never communicated with us what the next step was, I kept having to call him because it seemed he doesn’t know how to communicate. I even waited one whole day and nobody ever showed up to check on the fans. I had to call him again to see and said someone would be in the next day between 8 am to 10. Again nobody showed up and I had to call Chris to see what was happening. At the end somebody decided to show up till 1:20 pm. I’m sitting in my house with this water damage looking like a fool and wondering if anybody will show up. Don’t use them at all as they are not there to help, just want to charge the insurance.

I am a successful customer came to visit that came my stuff in storage that been here that’s been here for more than three months damage for my house after I had smoke damage from my neighbors house I needed help and the property manager hired them to help me to help me to store my stuff until they finish remodeling my apartment . I spoken I spoke with Nadia in the office, and she was very helpful and communicating with me the whole time. The warehouse had my belongings, organized and easy to locate when I needed to visit and pick up some of the items I needed while they were still in storage. They have a team in the warehouse ready to locate and help me find any item. I wished to ask for very helpful and nice people in the warehouse. They have a team of their own assisting homeowners with simply finding a fork if they wish to retrieve one. highly recommend this company. Shoot them a call. See what happen!

I had a horrible experience with one their drivers. They were driving very irresponsibly on the road and because of his reckless driving he almost hit my car. He decided last minute to switch in my lane with no blinker and slam on his brakes so he can make a quick right into the liquor store causing me to brake really hard and have a really bad anxiety attack. I'll never call for service from this place, ever! If this is how their driving is with a company truck, I cant imagine what their service/skills would be like.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS COMPANY IF YOU’RE GOING THROUGH INSURANCE!!! They’re in it to screw over your insurance co. My neighbor recommended Tip Top when my bathroom flooded due to a blockage in my toilet line. They responded quickly and did all the work but they’re definitely in it to screw over the insurance company. They charged a total of $41,000. Which would only leave me $20K to fix my house since my policy is limited. Basically, they are taking more than what I get. A breakdown of their charges: $22K for the work they did, $8K to move bedroom only furniture out of the house (packing) and another $10,900 to bring the furniture back. (Unpacking) They tried charging for “floor protection” in my garage… that has cement floors. They tried charging for gas used. Then, when my adjuster didn’t pay them that enormous amount they billed, the project manager texted me DEMANDING that I get a new adjuster. All because they didn’t like what they were paid. I found that completely unprofessional. They took almost half of the money allotted for me to fix my place so I had to pay some out of pocket.
