Called a competing company to take a look at our system and they wanted to completely replace our compressor and/or the entire system. We called Thurlows to get a second estimate and they just noticed that the compressor motor had a bad capacitor. Saved us $5k-$18k

Austin was the technician who checked out the air conditioning unit. He was pleasant and thorough in the inspection.

They were amazing! They were here to repair my A/C unit within 30 minutes of calling. It was even a Friday before a 3 day holiday weekend. The service tech was very nice and professional.

This a great places to do business with. I called them when my heater stopped working and they squeezed me in and had my heater fixed in less then 2 hours from my call. I could not recommend them more. Ian (the technician) was awesome and very professional.
