Jose Herrera came by to check and give me a scope of the work that they can do. I really appreciate his honesty And professionalism, as he was very clear with all the explanations of things that I did not know well, and he left me, understanding the scope of the work very clearly.

This was my first experience dealing with a water leak, and I had no idea what to do.
My project manager, Trisha, and her team supported me every step of the way—not only professionally, but emotionally as well.

As a homeowner, there are few things that will be more daunting then to discover - first thing in the morning - that a toilet has overflowed sometime during the night and flooded not only the bathroom floor but the adjacent laundry room floor, as well.

A close second is not the amount of the invoice to unclog it, but the plumbers foreboding words that how I will now need to have an inspection of the subflooring for the possible presence of lead, asbestos, mildew and/or mold.

What followed was the prospect of many sleepless nights had it not been for SERVPRO's Mitigation Project Manager, Trisha Moore.

It was soon apparent - with her confident manner and professional approach to the situation - that she immediately removed any concerns I had moving forward with what could only be considered a project, not a job.

She took the time to explain the overall scope of what needed to be done and laid out a timeline for each step: damage assessment, testing for the aforementioned containments, demolition and the drying process - all required steps for the restoration phase could begin.

She was there for the entire process, always available to answer any questions I mights have and sure the process was smooth and efficiently.

I am grateful for her outstanding work and highly recommend her without hesitation or question.

Wonderful inspection experience with SERVPRO after a mold problem from a slow-leaking fire sprinkler. Jose was very thorough, informative, and took the time to explain how the whole process works (from notifying the insurance company of the various problems, getting approval from the claims office, and arranging for mold testing of the air, to doing all of the necessary clean-up of furniture, objects, clothing, etc.).

We noticed dark areas on our wood flooring and called ServPro. We were impressed with Trisha who came out to perform a moisture detection service. She was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered our questions, described next steps and helped put us at ease.

We had water intrusion after a leak in the cement slab. SERVPRO came quickly after our call and, unlike other companies, gave us a very detailed quote along with a verbal explanation of what they would do. We chose to move forward with them because we were convinced that they would do a comprehensive job of resolving our issues.

They sent a team of people to dry things out, remove furniture, remove sheetrock and flooring and take care of the mold. Much of it was a difficult, dusty job. The workers, always guided by Julio, were polite, efficient and meticulous about covering things and protecting the rest of the house from the dust. Trisha did an excellent job of gathering data for the quote, checking in with us as the work progressed, answering our questions, managing the project and communicating with our insurance company. The aspect of communicating with the insurance company is a key factor.

We hope to be entering the second phase of the project, reconstruction, soon. That will be accomplished by another team at SERVEPRO. I’ll be very pleased if it goes as well as the first phase. I’ll write another review when it’s done.

DO NOT PAY THESE GUYS EARLY. All quality of the job goes out the window after that. Horrible communication, you become the least of their worries, and then the cleanliness of the job site doesnt become a priority anymore. Release powder sat for 5 days. Jason finally came to pressure wash it and did a horrible job. There was release splatter all over my neighbors yard. I didnt know i paid somebody to do a job that i have to finish. Not professional at all. Their bio on Yelp says “We dont leave a job until our customers are completely satisfied with the product produced”. Apparently thats a lie
