Bay Area Sprinkler does an excellent job. They are very responsive to request and show up on time!! They have been maintaining my sprinkler system now for over 10 years.

I needed a small repair (irrigation pipe was broken). I was able to arrange an appointment through messages. They showed up on time and fixed the issue very quickly. I can’t compare pricing, but it seemed reasonable.

Thus far, I haven’t heard from anyone at Bay Area Sprinkler & Landscaping. I paid for a service, I have not received a report nor a follow up on how to fix the issue. I have left countless messages and text. I request a refund.

Initial request took over a week for them to respond to my inquiry. Michaela reached out via text and then ignored me again for week.

Before they arrived, they never mentioned that there would be a visit fee. At the end of the visit they said it's a $65 visit fee, which I paid. The individual who helped also commented that I must "have money" because we recently bought our house, so we should be able to afford their services...

Now, post all of this, I reached out because there was a leak and contacted Paul who said they would be able to fix it. After that, Paul ghosted me again twice. I've followed up but haven't heard back.
