ACC Construction completed a Master Bathroom remodel for us and I couldn't be happier. They were on the job when required as supplies I ordered arrived, and when they say they'll be there at 8AM it's 8AM. No slack time or excuses for these guys. Adrian was on the phone with me almost DAILY telling me what is going on, what's next and what they would be accomplishing on the next visit. They ran into some floor joist rot after removing my old floor that had to be fixed. They gave me an honest price (much lower than I thought it would cost)to fix the problem so they could proceed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing construction services. We plan on using them as we slowly continue our home remodeling.

The team at ACC Construction has pride in craftsmanship and integrity in dealing with inevitable problems that arise in remodeling an older kitchen with termite damage, new plumbing, electrical, and cabinet installation. They may not be the cheapest, but they're definitely committed to a quality you'll have trouble finding at any price. I'll definitely call Adrian again if we need an ethical General Contractor for work on home!

Our pipes were leaking needed someone to go out immediately to fix it. They were friendly over the phone, came over at the exact time expected. The work was completed the same exact day. They made a stressful event run smoothly and the fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend ACC construction and will use them for any future work needed on my property.

I cannot say enough about Adrian and his team! From his detailed quote to the finished product, they showed professionalism, knowledge, pride in their workmanship and concern for the needs of their client. I had our bathroom in our vacation home remodeled during the pandemic. Adrian was in constant contact with me about every detail and timeline. They followed the guidelines to make a safe workplace for themselves and me.
In February, we found water damage to both bathrooms in our rental unit and did not hesitated to have Adrian remodel both bathrooms. And, again, in May, my daughter had his team update her main bathroom in her home! ACC construction recently completed a bathroom and fireplace remodel and I couldn't be more pleased. Adrian and his crew were consummate professionals that worked with me to create a beautiful and highly functional ADA compliant bathroom, an elegant fireplace and the completion of various other jobs around the house. As small, family-owned and operated business, I got to know and appreciate Adrian, his brothers, and the other sub-contractors he hired. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, clean, and their style of work allowed us to stay in the house during the construction. They were fast, efficient and held the costs down whenever they could. Adrian helped me conceptualize and design both the bathroom and the fireplace, with an excellent eye for color and materials. He worked well with other contractors (we had others redo the floors and Corian shower walls), jumping in to fix floor height issues at a moment's notice when it was clear that the transition to the bathroom was too high. Their attention to detail, and their professional demeanor, and their willingness to work with us to create what we wanted is apparently quite rare in this arena. I feel very lucky to have found them, and highly recommend this company.

After a year long process of planning and finding the right contractor, we just completed the renovation of our Shorebirds condominium and could not be more pleased with the outcome. We were so fortunate to have found a contractor that worked with us to achieve our dream. Adrian, Carlos and Jose were very professional and extremely patient in helping us make the right choices. We needed a bathroom remodel to add a roll in shower for a 92 year old. Adrian provided the best detailed estimate out of three local contractors. He responded and scheduled a meet up in a timely manner. Communication continued to be timely and clear throughout the project. His team worked hard and Adrian coordinated the subcontractors without a hiccup. He helped with suggestions and demonstrated sincere interest in our satisfaction. ACC even helped us out with a separate plumbing issue that arose during construction. I can recommend ACC Construction 100%. It is refreshing to work with a contractor who is hands on, understands budget constraints and brings a positive attitude everyday.

You guys are the best in town! Start to finish we could not have been happier with the commercial renovation of our retail store front. We converted a 5000 foot Chinese restaurant into an immaculate state of the art retail location. Communication, professionalism and quality of work was on point. Family business that you can trust.

We first partnered with Manning Development for the tenant improvement of our Westside distillery, restaurant, and tasting room. Despite the construction being interrupted by the 2020 COVID-19 stay-at-home orders, the execution was flawless, and the project was completed in less than 9 months.

In 2022, Manning again helped us with the complete demolition and remodel of our beachside location. During this remodel, there were numerous surprises, but Manning always provided speedy and thoughtful solutions that kept us close to our original budget. The partners that Manning brought to the project were skilled and professional, enabling us to achieve our goal of completing the project by summer 2023. We would be delighted to work with Garret, Ryan, and the rest of the Manning team for any future projects.

Garret and co are great to work with. They did a total pro job on our manufacturing build out and renovations since then. Everything gets taken care of in the right order and in short order. I would highly recommend if you want to keep a project on time. His subs are great too!
