Very happy. We found a pipe burst on Saturday morning. DHK fixed it within three hours for a reasonable price and excellent service.

I DO NOT recommend DHK. They are scammers. When I called Joe, who is the contact at their listed business number, I explained the issue with my bathtub and he insisted on sending out a plumber. When the plumber came I had the same conversation I’d already had with Joe so he ended up packing his stuff up after 15-20 minutes and left. Two weeks later I receive this bill in the mail. Unbelievable. $110 and the plumber did NOTHING. Now I understand why Joe insisted a plumber come see the problem. Joe never mentioned there would be a fee for a house call. I was deceived and then threatened to be sent to collections when I asked if there was anyway to get the charge removed since I was never forewarned about the fee. This bill does not even seem legitimate. There is a warning about a late penalty but there is not even a due date on the bill. It also states there was an “original contract amount” though no contract was made or discussed. When I mentioned this to Joe he said it’s a “verbal contract” but again NO fees were discussed when he made the appointment to send someone to my home. I recently purchased a fixer investment home and have had multiple contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc. working on the home and have never been charged anything without prior knowledge. Be very wary of this company if you intend on using them even after reading this and discuss all fees upfront. I would recommend getting things in writing as they are not to be trusted. Lesson learned.

Fantastic customer service! We called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to send someone same day. Anthony was very nice and professional. He even taught me how to fix the connections to our reverse osmosis. Highly recommend DHK Plumbing.

Overall, our experience with this company was satisfactory. I was very pleased with the timeliness of the service and the friendliness of the technician. However, our issue was not resolved and the owner was unwilling to refund us or send a technician out again to reevaluate.

Our service was done on a Friday. We left for the weekend and came back on a Monday to plumbing issues that were way worse than they were on Friday. We tried calling DHK plumbing in an emergency as there was water coming up from the ground of the toilet. No answer (it was a holiday weekend so I understand that). Instead we called another company who came out that evening and told us we had a major root intrusion. Something DHK didn't tell us because the problem wasn't diagnosed properly. I asked for a refund or for them to come and resolve the issue, something we would be willing to pay extra for granted wanting our original payment to go towards the cost. Instead, the owner just argued back and forth with me via text all evening.

I understand that problems cannot always be diagnosed properly. I just wish the company was more willing to help fix the problem we had paid to have fixed.

We had a drain pipe bust under the house. Called a different plumbing company which came out the next day to see what was happening. After they came out we were told they couldn't repair it and they will send us an estimate on time and price for the repairs. We couldn't wait, called DHK at around 6PM and they had a plumber dispatched to make the repairs at 8AM the next day. Very professional, fixed the issue for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied customer.

Horrible service from this compnay. They are just part of the insurance company scam. They showed up and “always” can’t find the problem. They get paid easily and scam people this way, be careful using their service!

Was here less than 30 minutes fix the problem, but the problem came back pebbles back Fossett line 1st he said $127.70. Then he just asked for 120 I do not recommend this company.

The most honest and understanding plumbers I have ever ran into on this earth! Had an issue with my new home, with a clogged sewer line, and Al helped me SO much with saving money and giving me pointers on how to upkeep my sewer. This place is my new "go-to" and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks you guys! Thank you Al! God Bless!

My sister recommends this plumber to me after he was able to help her fix a leaking toilet that keeps refilling water that the previous other plumbers couldn’t find/fix.

I called him about a mystery sewer smell and he was very helpful in guiding me to find the cause over the phone (he doesn’t service my area because I live too far away).

I see the review below and I just want others to know that plumbing issue is not that easy to find, especially without opening up all walls or spending days researching about the issue.

When I hire plumbing companies to fix an issue, it’s always a hit and miss as well, always different opinions and solutions. It’s not black and white. I think this is just the nature of plumbing work. Anything exposed is easy to find and fix. But often times, pipes are buried, and the issue is a mystery.

I know this because we had a shower that had wacky temperature and all the plumbing companies thought it was the mixer or the valve. It turned out the valve is an European brand and the H/C line needs to be reversed (it is opposite in the U.S Vs. Europe). So it’s just an example of how “outside the box” it could be.

There could be a million scenarios. I realized Plumber is not magician. That’s why I always call many plumbers and get different opinions before deciding on a solution.

They came out twice to my home to fix leak in bathroom and kitchen faucet repair. They were very professional and explained the problems in detail. Both repairs were fixed in a timely manner and would definitely recommend to others! Pedroza Plumbing & Rooter are great people!

AL is the best. He arrived quickly and got right to work. We were hosting guests at the time and he came to save the day. He was upfront and honest from the start, and even when the situation wasn't looking good, he stayed committed to finding a solution. Thanks to his persistence and skill, he was able to get issue resolved and saved me from having to do more expensive repairs.

On top of that, he was very friendly and respectful throughout the process. When he finished, the work area was actually cleaner than when he arrived.

This is my second time with Pedroza Plumbing & Rooter. My home warranty sent them to me when my toilet was flooding my bathroom in Sept. AL came and repaired the supply line for the toilet and the other thing inside the toilet.

AL KNOWs plumbing to a Tee. He’s very experienced in his trade. He works efficiently, wisely, very organized, and clean in his work station. His work ethics, and his integrity and gratitude in his profession is something I don’t often see in the 8 plumbers I’ve met in the span of 2 years that worked on my home. I’ve had some really bad ones that the home warranty has sent me.
So when this other pipe was leaking, I asked my home warranty to assign me the same plumbing company from Sept. because I appreciate their work. AL came again with an apprentice to help with my pipe leak. No more leak. AL is very informative and he efficiently communicates what is wrong and explains thoroughly its remedy.

Even outside of my home warranty, I would use Pedroza plumbing and rooter LLC as my plumber. AL’s kindness and awareness is what is needed in a profession where they can easily take advantage of the vulnerable community.
