Fantastic customer service! We had the great fortune to meet Sanji. We had an issue days before Christmas and Sanji came out to diagnose the problem. It needed a part and we were told by the office the part wouldn’t be in until after the new year. Sanji was able to locate it from another technician and came out TODAY to fix it. He could have just waited for the part to come in, but he pursued all his options to find the part sooner and did! In addition, super nice guy, polite, efficient, kind and very dedicated to excellent customer service. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Sanji and Service Spartan - thank you, you are excellent!
