Excellent service, they really know what they’re doing.

This is a late review but anyway. Brad stopped by looked things over and was able give me a great price to remove one black walnut tree. On the schedule day, the crew arrived on time and were ready to go. The tree was down quickly and the site was cleaned up. They had to come later to remove the stump, again the site was clean up and no trace of anyone was there.

There is no question about the quality of work. Perfect and clean work. The price is also very affordable. I am completely satisfied with their service.

The staff are extremely courteous, and the quality of work is top-notch. The entire vent system is now working like new. Highly recommended!

Horrible service and unreliable. They never showed up at appointment time nor did they call. When I called them to check status I was hung up on 3 times then was told it was a towing company. So disappointed! They deserve no stars!

We used RELY carpet cleaners and our carpets were soaking wet after the cleaning. The representative on the phone told me the cleaning solution would dry within 24hrs. 5 days later our carpets were still wet and had a stale smell. We called to let them know, and were told a manager would call back. Never heard from them!! It took us several boxes of carpet deodorizer to get the smell out. We are so disappointed with the customer service in this situation.

I take my training very seriously and hate anything that slows me down. Lately, my allergies were so bad that I was waking up tired and stuffy, which messed up my morning practice. I was doing everything else right with my food and workouts, so I didn't understand what was wrong. My coach told me to check my home, and we called Elite Vent and Duct Service. They found a huge buildup of dust and allergens in the vents. It was all blowing into my room while I slept!

The team used a high-powered vacuum and special brushes to get the job done. They hooked up a large vacuum to the system to create suction, then used long, flexible brushes to scrub the inside of the pipes. This loosened all the old dust and allergens so the vacuum could pull them out of the house for good. They also cleaned the vent covers and the main unit to make sure the whole system was fresh. It was great to see all that junk finally leave my home!

Honestly, I never paid any attention to home maintenance when I was married. That was not my department. After I got divorced, I moved into my own apartment in Westchester and all of a sudden, everything was my department. He also showed me what he was pulling out of that vent line. There was a lot of built-up lint in the vent line for who knows how long. Once the cleaning was finished, my dryer worked like it was supposed to. These guys were patient and good at what they do.I'm a SUPER satisfied customer here!!
