i was able to reach out and schedule a same day ac diagnostic service. they provided a picture of the technician, ricky, before the appointment which helped us recognize him. we also got a 30 minute heads up before his arrival. our technician, ricky, was knowledgeable, meticulous, and straightforward about the entire ac repair process. he didn't attempt to sell us anything we didn't need or wasn't necessary for our ac unit. he guided us in making an informed decision independently. when we faced a hiccup with wrapping up the payment paperwork, he was able to resolve it on the spot, so there was no need for a follow-up. i would highly recommend them for anyone having issues with their ac in aurora. their service was 10/10.

mike amazingly arrived earlier than expected in aurora, which was absolutely wonderful! he was thorough and showcased the readings from my hvac system on his smartphone, clarifying their meaning and providing the ideal figures for comparison. he simplified everything, making it incredibly easy to understand. mike meticulously checked all the vents and measured the room temperatures. he also carefully inspected the heating system in the attic. i was genuinely impressed by his work. mike is a great asset to the team at total comfort heating & cooling. thank you for providing me with this top-quality service.

Kaleb was outstanding. He exhibited professionalism and his HVAC work was excellent. We had a vehicle, unknowingly inoperable due to the weather, blocking the entrance to the basement where the new HVAC system needed to be installed. Despite this obstacle, Kaleb managed to maneuver around it. He was prompt, even though it was the day after Christmas. In Aurora, his service was exceptional, earning an overall rating of A+!
