We had an emergency situation and Budget Heating and Plumbing was very responsive to our need for assistance. Kaimon was very professional and provided excellent service and advised us that we needed a different type of service and provided us with the name of number of who to call. He then helped to repair what he could. I highly recommend this company.

Utterly asanine individuals, there are a lot of posts or here talking these people up but let's not forget that it only takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch I work as a contractor myself and have worked with some of the biggest companies providing maintenance on a wide range of parts of people's houses and never have I ever called someone before to confirm my arrival and show up way later then expected not even introduce myself when I get there and go to the wrong call then just leave without saying a word fixing the other tenants issue and then waiting all day to receive an update without a call back on my one day off for a simple clogged drain I was told there are no appointments for a week or more out when initially they tried to push to come out same day please tell me how you stay in business in a small town acting like a child with no experience when you're clearly almost to retirement. Would never personally give my money to these kind of people. Never do I ever leave reviews but I'm completely shocked and blown away with the level of unprofessionalism demonstrated from this so called company.

Robert was very Friendly, personable eand fficient with his time. Also very technically knowledgeable about our high efficiency furnace you installed a 18 mohths ago. I wonder if there is a warrenty for the actuators? Thanks so much. Dan.

budget is who we go to for plumbing repairs and updates to our Salida duplex. It's a well run plumbing business and they have been fair with us. We have to work around tenants in our salida property which presently is a rental. Budget is prompt and responsive. We have worked with several plumbers on their team and have liked all of them. Jerianna runs a tight ship and the whole process is professional and first class.

Budget Plumbing always get back to me promptly when I leave a message . Then they follow up with plumping issues promptly and properly. Always have been pleased with their services.

I got multiple estimates and ended up going with Budget because while their quote was not the lowest their HVAC tech was extremely informative and helpful compared to the others I contacted.

Mixed. There have been multiple communication problems. Our needs were described in detail, and then the technician arriving did not have this information and/ or would not complete the project. Then the company referred to other organizations none of which were willing or able to work in my area. Not a great experience. On the positive side, they did back up their work by fixing a problem that developed shortly after. There is no charge for that and they did respond to that problem quickly.

Rapidly responded to call for help with water heater. Unfortunately parts for my particular unit are not kept in town so some delay getting them, but restored to full function. Typo error in billing was quickly corrected. Office and technicians kept me advised of plans, next steps and time schedule for service visits.

The plumbing was not installed correctly and now he will have to make a hole in the wall in the adjacent room in order to fix it. I hope you will not be charging me for that error. If I gave you a rating right now it would be a 0. I had company for 3 days that could not take a shower. Your plumbers should be professional enough to make sure their work is completed correctly before they leave the customer’s home. I am very disappointed this time.

Very professional team from front of the house to the back. Great communication from first contact through completion of the job. Went above & beyond to make sure our house was ready as quickly as possible. Respected all family members (even the four legged ones) & especially our home. The team at budget were very accommodating and fast to respond to my water leak. I believe within about half an hour Roy was here and fixed my plumbing issues and even went the extra mile to help prevent them from happening again.

I am a combat veteran with severe PTSD and other issues, I have used Budget Plumbing before and I decided to use them for this important job with my Water Pressure Tank. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and then I got to meet Roy.
Roy is actually finishing up under my small mobile home, he has about 4 feet if that to work with, but he's got the most beautiful heart and attitude that you can't be anything but happy.
His work ethic is so on point that I am very impressed. He knows what he is doing and he was able to answer my questions without being upset with me.
He had an abscess tooth but he didn't let it bother him during the job. I was more concerned about this than he was.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that, this amazing company will definitely be there to help you out of the spot your in. Be sure to talk with the manager about the job prior to starting it so you know what to expect and what you are covered with, AKA any type of warranty or anything else. Overall they are the company that you want.
